𝐆𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞
It has been three days since the conversation with his mother and it was game time, his mind was filled with a thousand thoughts but he couldn't focus on those thoughts because if he did he'd let down his team but that girl was also on his mind for some odd reason
"812! PUMP F-STOP IN THREE!" Ashton yelled returning to his post assuming his position. The crowd was wild cheering him on and Ashton's heart beat was at a hundred, he blew in and out counting to ten, biting down on his mouth guard. "SET — HUT HUT."
A quick shift happen between both teams, he moved swiftly across the football field and the defence played well, guarding their quarterback against being tackled.
Come on you can do this Ashton. He coached himself when he felt a random dose of doubt hit his gut
As he got closer and closer to the goal line the crowd only got wilder and after a minute of running and tackling the other team Ashton finally made it to the goal line slamming the ball onto the ground as the crowd rumbled with roars and his team mater surrounded him celebrating their victory
After a few more minutes of celebrating his victory they made their way back to the locker room and Ashton headed straight to the showers
"You did great out their Greene." Coach praised "We all did good." He said back and he meant it he wouldn't be able to do anything without his team
"Yes them also." Coach said before he left
"Are you gonna go see Imani?" Jeremiah one of his teammates asked as they dried off
"Nah."
He hadn't spoken to her in awhile and he didn't care if she wanted to act childish then he would leave her be
"There's a party at Tyler's around ten you coming?"
