Beautiful. It's so beautiful. The view of a city from the height of a rooftop. It amazes me every time I'm up here.

"So. Remind me why I'm friends with you again?" I hear Isaac grunt. He uses all of his strength to pull himself over the ledge of the wall, body flopping dramatically over the side. "I'm knackered. You're gonna kill me off before I turn 19 Sakura"

"Just look at it Isaac" I smile. "Have you ever seen a view more breathtaking?"

"Yes. On a holiday brochure for a Caribbean cruise. What's so special about up here??"

Chewing my lip I pop it back out, taking one last glance of the city view. "Suppose it's all about the jump really"

Ignoring Isaacs confused "ey?" I stride forward, singing Billy Joel's music in my head just before I take the leap. When the ground disappears beneath my feet I enjoy the short moment of flight, my heart thumping away in my chest as I feel the adrenaline kick in. With a rough landing I tumble slightly to a stop, my hands flat on the surface and now slightly scratched. Still need to master that part really.

"ARE YOU INSANE?!" I hear Isaac shout.

I'm not insane. What I am, is bored.

"Seriously Sakura are you trying to get your self killed?!"

Just as I go to reply the boy strikes out another panicked sentence.

"Because if so then I'd like to join!"

20 minutes later

Well. This afternoon took a turn. Instead of jumping I'm sat on a wall, listening to Isaacs recent troubles.

"I just don't get it. I came out as gay a full year ago. And not once have I been asked out by a guy" the male frowns, continuing to tear apart an outdated bus pass he found in his pocket. I've begun to notice he enjoys destroying things when upset or stressed, the erasers in class have paid the price many times.

"Maybe you just haven't been to a lot of places where another gay guy would be" I suggest, and the boy just scoffs. "What you mean like a gay village?"

"Sure why not?"

For a moment I'm sure Isaac hates the idea. But gradually his face starts to change, brows furrowing before he turns to look at me. "Alright then" he nods. "Tonight. You and me. A-and invite Jungkook!"

"Jungkooks not gay though"

"And are you?" The male asks.

"No but—."

"In fact invite all the guys. If I'm gonna get rejected tonight I might as well be out with hunks" the boy says whilst scurrying to get up.

"Wait where are you going??"

"Gotta put my face on babes" he says before running off. I quickly grab my bag and follow after him. "Wait for me I have the keysss!!"

7:28pm

"Isn't that a little too much glitter?" I ask. Turning away from the mirror Isaac shoots me a look. "You can never have too much glitter bebe, never. And besides it will look awesome under the club lights."
