'Okay,' I think. 'I have to take a shower first.' I walk into the bathroom and strip my clothing. After setting the water to the right temperature, I jump in. I lather myself in my lavender scented body wash. I then lather my hair in my vanilla scented shampoo. I rinse off and lather my hair in conditioner and wash my face. Rinsing off for the last time I turn off the water and jump out. I dry myself off with a fluffy, white towel. I wrap myself in the towel and grab a bit of a smaller one and wrap that in my hair, turban style.
I walk out of my bathroom and walk straight towards my closet. I quickly pull on a strapless white bra and matching panties. I pick out a nice white dress that shows off my tattoos. Making me seem like a sweet girl, but because I'm showing my tattoos I also look tough. I walk back into my bathroom to do my hair and makeup. I first dry my hair and then curl it. I pin it all up shaping it into a bun, with small tendrils framing my face. For my makeup I use a purple eye shadow to make a smoky eye look. I use black eyeliner to make a cat eye affect. I also use some black eyeliner on my lower eye lid. And to finish it off I put on some mascara. And after that I just use chapstick for my lips.
I walk back into my bedroom and slip on some black heels with bows in the front. I also grab a black blazer and a black clutch to match my shoes and jacket. Before I leave my bedroom I stop in front of my floor length mirror. I just stand there gazing at myself. 'I clean up real good.' I think to myself. Before I know it its nine o'clock and Christian is knocking on my door. 'Lets just get this over with already, Elizabeth.' I think, becoming even more nervous than before.
****It turns out that I have indeed dressed appropriately. Christian has once again decided to take me to Canlis. We have already ordered our dinners and are now playing twenty questions. To help us get to know each other better.
"How older are you?" Christian asks. "Twenty, twenty one in a week." I reply. "You?" "Twenty five." He answers.
( C for Christian's questions and answers E for Elizabeth's answers and questions)E: "Favorite color?"
C: "Green, you?"
E: "A blue grey."
C:"Vacation in Hawaii or Alaska?"
E:"Alaska."
C:"Go rock wall climbing or zip lining?"
E:"Mostly climbing, but zip lining is fun, too."
E:"Do you read on a kindle or an actual book?"
C:"I do a bit of both, but mostly an actual book. Because I love the smell of aging paper that books have."
E:"Visit Europe or Mexico?"
C:"Well both. In Mexico I want to explore the Sierra Moutians. Europe because there are just so many places I want to visit there."
C:"Tv or reading?"
E:"Reading."
E:"Night out or evening in?"
C:"Evening in."
C:"Lottery or the perfect job?"
E:"The perfect job, because I would rather be working for my earnings instead of it just being handed to me."
E:"Free trip or money?"
C:"Free trip because I value experiences more than money."
C:"Favorite childhood memory?"
E:"I don't have one."
E:"Favorite book?"
C:"The Forest of Hands of Teeth by Carrie Ryan." (Real Book)
C:"How would your friends describe you?"
E:"I wouldn't know, I don't have any friends."
E:"What is your perfect day?"
C:"It would be a rainy day and I would stay in and read. But now that you're here I would stay in with you cuddling and reading."
C:"What do you think is my best physical feature?"
E:"I'd have to say your eyes. Because as you know your eyes are the window to your soul."
"If you were to create a piece of art, what would be your subject?" I ask.
"You." He says in a husky voice. I just stare at him, feeling my face heat up. Thankfully the waiter chooses this time to arrive with our dinners. But even while we're eating I can feel his burning gaze watching me.
****The ride home was relatively quite. It was a comfortable silence though. It made me feel as though that we didn't need to constantly talk to fill the silence. Christian finally pulls up my driveway. And before I could even blink Christian is out of the car and opening my door for me. Holding his hand out to help me out of the vehicle.
"Why thank you kind sir." I say jokingly. He laughs, but goes along with it. "The pleasure was all mine ma'lady." I grab his and step out of the vehicle. I let him walk me to my door.
"Thank you for this Christian. I had fun tonight." I say, turning to face him.
"You're welcome," he says stepping closer to me. "Does this mean I deserve a good night kiss?" He is now so close that our noses are almost touching. "Yes." I say, breathlessly. And with that he crushes his lips onto mine. I thought it would be a rough kiss, but I was wrong. I was a slow but passionate kiss. I felt as if fireworks were exploding on my skin everywhere he touched me. When he pulled away I nearly begging him for more. But I held myself back, not wanting to look desperate. "Good night,Elizabeth." He whispers, making me shiver dance down my spin as he said my name. "Good night." I say. And with that I walk inside and up the stairs, into my room. I changed into my pajamas and laid on my bed. Falling asleep almost instantaneously.
