Hell on Earth (Carlos x reader)

Chapter 1

Y/N's POV

When working something tingled in you like something didn't feel right, you looked at the clock it was late at night when you hear people banging on the glass doors, you rushed to the door when you saw blood on the door.

You rushed to open the door when suddenly they were pounced on the door and eaten by these infected things, they were screaming loudly.

You were in shocked when you had the courage to locked the door quickly and ran to the register and hid behind the desk hearing people run and screaming.

After about hours you peaked from under the desk to see what was happening, you saw heard nothing, you stood up and ran to the back door and pushed it open to leave when you heard some noised, you looked over to see some infected people and ran quickly to escape.

You remembered the police station and ran there but it seemed blocked by a lot of cars, you jumped on the burning cars and made it to the fence when you tried to pull on it to open it, you hear growling and moaning behind, you turned and saw that they were getting up, while some of them were crawling towards you.

While looking around and finding nothing to defend yourself, when someone shot at them " are you okay ma'am? " the man asked you politely.

 you saw a man with armored chest-plate with the an umbrella symbol " yes i'm fine, thank you umm... "

he smiled " I'm Carlos Oliveira and you? "

" I'm-" you were interrupted by the sound of infected people " looks like you'll have to tell me later " 

Carlos then led you into a different direction when an explosion went off " what the hell was that? " he ran to see what that was and saw a woman running from a man " what the fuck is that!? " you saw that the huge monster thing is on fire.

" hey fuck face!" he yelled while holding m202 flash and shot at it, when that thing grabbed it by it's tentacle and through it somewhere else, Carlos then shot at it a second time and it went down.

He ran over to the woman and dropped the weapon he was holding, he tried to pick up the woman " hey, easy lady...I got ya. " he turned her to face him " who are you? what are you do- " he cut her off " Name's Carlos and I'm saving you! C'mon, let's get you someplace safe " then he put her arms around her his shoulder and took her with him while you followed them.

" Is she gonna be okay? " you asked, he nodded " yeah she'll be alright " he then kept walking and took her into the subway and you stayed behind while looking around to see if that followed or an infected followed, while walking he let the woman go and kept walking forward.

She put her hands on her knees while panting " i think we're in the clear, " he said through panting " i hope so " she says still catching her breath " We've been bringing survivors here " 

" here where? " she asked and he turned to look at the lady, " My guys have converted some subway cars into a shelter, it's safe " he says while walking to the subways entrances then he turned and looked at her again, he walked to put his arm on his shoulder but she stopped him " i'm fine " 

" Personal space, OK. I get it, Let's go " he backed up from her then all three of them walked ' did they forget i was with them ' you looked down while walking with them ' I guess it really is safe down here, I thought there would be undead down here ' you thought and looked at Carlos then to the woman ' we never really gotten her name ' your eyes squinted ' why was that huge thing chasing her? "

We made it to the subway when we saw that there were indeed survivors in the train, then you looked around to see people that had the umbrella vest on " hey captain, this fine young lady could use our help.  " you looked at Carlos was talking about the woman ' ah... he's flirting with the mystery lady ' you were smirking.

" Carlos.. you didn't even think to ask fine young lady her name? " Carlos captain said ' WHAT!? him too.. am i not pretty as well?.. ' you exit the train and sat by the wall in disappointment " oh well.." you played with the ground, you can hear the conversation just a bit about the woman.

Her name was Jill Valentine, then Carlos walked over to you " you doing okay? " he asked and you nod with your head still looking down " you sure? " he then kneed down to you " y- yeah " you manage to look him in the eyes.

" ya know, you never got to tell your name " he was right, you were about to introduces yourself when Carlos leader called for him, he looked at you and left ' sorry...' you looked down again.

Jill was getting geared up and you stood behind her when you saw a gun and gladly took it " I'm coming too, It'll be faster " Jill nod but Carlos disagree's " no you're not, you need to stay here " you shook your head no " trust me Carlos, I have to do this. It could get us outta here much faster, ya know " just then it got quiet.

" Fine but be safe, okay? " you nod and walked with jill and left.
