Hell on Earth (Carlos x reader)

Chapter 4

You saw a desk with light on it, you walked over to it and the look you had was enough to make you scream.

" No. This can't be happening " tears started forming but you wiped them away " I can't i have to stay strong and fight this, maybe there might be another cure for me to have underground " you tried to put a smile on but failed ' I can't that's for the world to have, if i use it... We have no vaccine for the T-virus. ' 

You were bitten on your right arm, it was noticeable but you covered it up with bandages and walked back to the lab where Carlos was " everything all good? " he asked " yeah" you lied.

You were turning slowly, you didn't want him nor Jill to know.

Soon they'll see it but it's not like they can do something about it, they come first to save humanity.

You saw that the computer was smashed " uhh... What happened? " he definitely wasn't in a good mood for questions, he scoffed and punched the desk one last time " No. Jill was right and yet she trusted me anyways, it was all umbrella's doing and now they killed brad. " you walked over to him and put your hand on his shoulder " And she still does, we can get out of here all together. Right now is not the time to start sulking down. Or we'll die here " you then walked pass him the door behind him " C'mon. Let's get out the hell out of here. " 

He nodded " okay. "  he followed you out the door and then walked in front of you to lead the way, we were walked for so long that we made it to a control room, we looked around to see it had a window " Is that Jill " you looked real close " yes it is. " 

Carlos looked around and found a inner com " Jill is that you!? " he yelled, you covered your ears ' loud much ' " Carlos!? " she yelled back " your okay." he sighed in relief " let me spot for you "  and then she went back to fight the monster.

Carlos then hit at the monster " i got this " then exploded it " not what i intended to hit, but I'll take it! " Jill then fired at it was a very explosive gun then it went down " Jill!" she looked up at him  "here comes the crane, use it to climb up." she sighed then looked at the creature.

The creature was still moving and she kept shooting at it, Carlos panicked and so did you " what is she doing? " you yelled " Jill! stay back! " and then Carlos moved the crane and hit the monster knocking it out.

She got on the crane, Carlos told you to move her up while he pushed the button to pour out the acid inside those tanks " I'm gonna melt this fucker in a mush! " then acid spilled out and the creature started melting.

The flesh starts melting the monster which you jumped with joy smiling, Carlos smiled as well " she's safe" you said and looked at Carlos " yeah, she's a strong fine young lady " he chuckled which made you feel uncomfortable " yeah, she is." 

" Come on. " you stood still " Wait! " he stop and turned to you " what's wrong?" you remember he doesn't know your name " my name... It's Y/N L/N " you smiled, his eyes widen and smiled " Y/N huh? Beautiful name " he then looked down " Come on. Let's get out of here. Y/N " his smiled widen more just by saying your name but then something exploded.

Both of you turned to that direction and ran as fast as you both could.

" Jill's in trouble! hurry! " you ran faster to see what that noise was " Jill! " Carlos yelled from behind you, you jumped " Go after Nikolai! He's got the vaccine! " you looked at the direction  where she pointed and ran to the exist ' Come on legs run!' you picked up speed and went up.

"  What about you?" You heard him yell before you left.

You made it to the top and looked around when you got knocked out, everything was black.

Dream

' Carlos?...'

You grunt and looked to see Carlos coming to you and picked you up " it's gonna be okay Y/n" he smiled and hugged " your cured with the vaccine, we can leave finally" you smiled and sighed with relief.

" thank goodness" he then grabbed your chin " Y/n.. " he pulled you closed to him...

End of Dream

You sprung awake with a sharp pain in your arm, you looked around and saw Carlos next to you " you're infected " Nikolai turned with the biggest grin and started laughing " what makes you think you can leave Raccoon City. Alive.. " then his smiled dropped.

" I wasn't planning to " you grunt and groaned through the pain while moving around " good, I'll make sure of that " he pointed the gun at you, you closed your eyes when you heard foot steps " I'll be back." he put a tape on your mouth " Do not make a sound, got it? " then he hid.

You laid back the pain increases making it hard for you to try and get up " Carlos!" she ran over to him, I tried to warn her through the tape when he sudden came out from his hiding spot and kicked her to the ground.

He pointed his gun at her, she tried backing away from him "you're not going to stop me " your eyes were gonna give up when you had to fight it ' No! I must keep! Awake ' you arm was infected to the elbow.

" promised you this, didn't I? " he threw it beside her and then shot at it " NO! " she screamed, Your eyes widen ' NO! ' you tried to crawl to her but failed. 

" do you have any idea what you've just done!?" she yelled and looked up at him "Don't know. Don't care. My client ordered me to reduce umbrella to rubble. " An announcement was spoken, all of you looked up.

" Ten minutes until missile impact " 

You looked at Carlos and crawled to him shaking him awake, you removed the tape " Carlos... Carlos please wake up " you whispered to him and he did with a grunt, you covered his mouth while he was waking up.

"Ah. The missile has launched. And that is my cue to leave. " he looked back down at Jill. 

" hey there " he smiled, you shook your head then you pointed at the situation that's about to happen and he nod.

He was ready to shoot her which your face panicked " no.." he smiled " good-bye, miss valentine. A shame you didn't listen to me when you had the chance. " Carlos got up pushing you aside and rammed into Nikolai.

They fell.

Nikolai pointed his gun at Carlos when he grabbed his hand and aimed it another place, Nikolai kicked and they both split up.

You got up and ran over to Jill " here " you held your hand out to her which she grabbed " you okay? " she nodded and we watched them both fight.
