Chapter 1- The Beginning

Hey Guys! So ive been a tiny bit obsessed with Kingsmen Secret Service lately (TARON EGERTON IS BAEEEEE) Hehe so this one is for you Kate! <3

Everleigh's POV

I walked into a Starbucks just like I do every morning. I ordered my Venti Peach Green Tea Lemonade and sat down at a table. I people watched and played around on my phone. Then a person walked in ordered his drink and sat down across from me.

"Merlin? What are you doing here? In the states of all places especially. Don't they need you back in England right now?" I asked

"Ev I would assume you heard about V-day?" He asked me

"Of course. Who hasn't?" I replied.

"Well we lost two through all of that. Galahad and Arthur." He told me sadly

"Galahad? What? " I started to cry. For those of you who do not know Harry was the one who recruited me to be a  Kingsman agent. They decided they wanted to start an American branch about a year after I replaced Gillian.

"We need you back in England. Pendragon has been appointed as the new Arthur and we need you. Loosing Harry and Charles has taken a toll on everyone. We think we have a replacement for Harry. He was the runner up for Lancelot." He informed me.

"Let me guess. He couldn't shoot the dog." I said

"Exactly but he is every bit Kingsman material. So will you come?" He asked me his face was full of hope. I took a long drink of my tea while I thought about it. My answer was simple.

"Yes."

"Thank you so much Ev. Roxy aka Lancelot is your age exactly. I think the two of you will get along perfectly. Then Harry's replacement you will meet once we get home." Merlin looked so excited I couldn't help but to laugh.

"Merlin you look like a puppy who hasn't seen his owner in a week." I laughed

"Shut up Everleigh."

"You know you love me Merlin. You've known me since I was 13."

"Oh Ev. You still have so much to learn."

Merlin came back to my house with me while I packed to leave. I didn't know how long I would be staying in England if they would ask me to stay permanently or just till they find people to fill all the knights positions. Merlin just told me we leave in three hours. I hope this will not end like V-day! I am excited to go back to England though. I was born there but I haven't been back since I was 17. I was 17 when I was first selected to be a Kingsman. Still the youngest ever chosen. Now 7 years later I'm 24 and ready to go home.

Hey guys so this was the first chapter! I know from personal experience its really hard to find Kingsman fanfiction that doesn't have like the actual actors in it. But I hope you enjoyed!
