The Darkness Realm

Prologue: An Alliance

Omega and the other Oni were running away after being defeated by the ninjas, they got to the desert, they were all having doubts about everything cause they had never been defeated since they started to travel through the realms.
Omega: They can't win!, They....-Then the Omega felt a presence-They Didn't… Hear me well! We shall search for a greater evil and together we will finally make Ninjago summon into darkness!.
A couple of months later the Oni got to an island...the one we all know as The Dark Island,they were looking around for the darkness that their lider Omega had felt and then a voice talked to them.
Stranger voice:So you are from where it comes the other half of the First Spinjitzu Master…
Omega: Who are you? How do you know about The First Spinjitzu Master? Show yourself!
Stranger voice:I go by many names, you can call me Overlord, and I know about him cause I am his opposite, the darkness to his light, I am the one that gave him balance...and together I think we can break that balance, and bring this realm into his darkness...
Omega laughed and then, he and his people started walking forward on the island, they entered its shadows.

Chapter 1: Chaos on Ninjago city

Jay was training really hard, like he never used to, while Kai and Cole were talking about it, and what had happened to him.
Kai: I really don't understand, I mean, we all reacted differently to what happened to her, but I'm really worried that he's just avoiding his pain.
Cole: You just have to give him some time, you know how Jay is, he will just focus on work for a while, till he's ready to face it, I mean, she was his yang....
Kai: Yeah, and also my sister.
They were interrupted by Zane and Lloyd, who entered the monastery very troubled.
Lloyds: Guys we have to hurry, the Onis are back! they are attacking the city !
Kai: What? Can some of the bad guys just take a weekoff?
Jay: Lets go, there's no time to waste
All of the ninjas went to the city, they were separated into two groups, Cole, Jay and Zane on one team and Kai with Lloyd on the other one, also they had Pixal on the sky controlling the situation.
Zane: I perceive a strange behavior on them.
Cole: They are just throwing stuff around, like they were just looking for attention.
Jay didn't read the situation and just jumped to attack them, he was easily defeated by them, then one Oni said:
-You thought it would be easy this time? we are as strong as we were…
Cole: Well you don't have your mist…
Oni Warrior: We don't need it...Hahahaha
Zane to all the ninjas by their communicator: I think its a trap, be careful!
Omega faced Lloyd and Kai, they prepared to fight but he said:
Omega: Why cause any damage to the city? you wanna face us… we’ll see you at the dark island…
Lloyd: We won't let you go, we will…- Then all was covered by a mist, not the same that they used before, it just made it hard to see and the Oni used it to escape.
Cole: So they didn't need the mist, right? ¡Ha! They ran before it even started.
Lloyd: They said we would find them in the dark island, but it sounds like a trap.
Zane: We have a 90% chance it is a trap.
Kai: So I guess we are going anyway…
Wu started talking by their communicator: I already have the bounty ready, we should take care of them as fast as we can, they are our biggest menace today, we’ll carry the golden weapons but remember ninjas, their power has faded, so it will be just to scare away the Oni .

Chapter 2: Their new friend, our old enemy.

Pixal: we are almost arriving, you all should get ready.
All the oni were watching the Bounty landing and then The Overlord spoke to them: When they land, make sure they don't stay together, then I'll do the rest of the job.
Kai: Jay! behind you!
Jay avoided an Oni jumping him, and he was kicked into the woods of the island, Kai tried to help him but was taken by them, then the same thing happened to Cole and Zane.
Pixal: Zane! no!- She ran behind him and disappeared inside the woods.
Lloyd was going to ran behind Cole when master Wu stopped him and then said:
- We have to stay together, they are trying to break us down…
Overlord: Broken… that word can apply to so many things… a team, a heart, a family or even to an entire world.
Lloyd: That voice...It's impossible
Overlord: Impossible? I thought I had told you that where there's light there shall be darkness… And I am darkness.
Wu: You won't succeed! We will defeat you once again.
Overlord: maybe I won't succeed with the two masters… but your ninjas, they are alone and I can guess very vulnerable.
Wu: We can't leave them alone.
Lloyd: I will help them master, his mind tricks wont work on me.
Wu: go! and don't listen to his lies.
 
Chapter 3: True or false?

Lloyd was running through the island, avoided constant attacks from the Oni but he stopped when he faced Omega
Omega:Green ninja...you shouldn't have come, but since you had, what do you say if we have a little conversation?
Then two Oni raised from the shadows taken Lloyd by his arms, he tried to fight but they were too strong for him.
Omega: Now, its time for the Overlord to find out wich one of your friends breaks easier…
Lloyd still fighting: Argh, the Overlord is behind this… that can't be, he's been gone for so long...he's gone!- Shouted Lloyd
Then a dark voice raised laughing, to Lloyd it felt like all his worst fears were coming to life… And like the world was a little bit less happy, then the voice talked and he couldn’t deny it anymore, it was truly the Overlord.
Overlord: The chosen one… The great golden ninja… Heir to the creator of all Ninjago… and now reduced to this, a commun elemental master, incapable of freeing himself...or even help his friends.
Lloyd: I know what you are doing! and its not gonna work!
Overlord: A heart broken, a mind dizzy… Take care of him.
The Oni were taking Lloyd into a fortress they had built on the dark island.
Lloyd: I get it, so he is in charge right now, isn't he?
Omega: What? He 's not in charge.
Lloyd: Well it looks like he was giving you orders
Omega: Hahaha, you said it yourself, we know this is a mental fight, I don't care about leadership, I just want destruction…
Saying this the Oni threw Lloyd into a cell and left to get back into the woods from the island.

Meanwhile

Zane was being dragged by the Oni when Pixal stopped them and together, Zane and Pixal, were a match for the Oni and then the Overlord appeared, like always, from the shadows.
Overlord: Good to see you again my prodigal daughter.
They were facing him, Zane took his shurikens out.
Overlord: Hahahaha, Please, give me a break, I think it's clear I have no way to physically fight you… But maybe we can have another digital fight…
Then the Oni took Pixal and took her away, Zane was going to follow them but his ways were closed by the rest of the Oni.
Overlord: I could use an android on my force
Then Pixal entered with the Samurai X suit saying: Could you? I think we may have a problem.
Lloyd: Yes! we are kinda attached to him
Overlord: ¡No!- Looking at the Omega- You had only one job- Then he faced Lloyd and said- I promise you, your team won't leave this island together...

Meanwhile

Kai and Cole were tied up  while the Oni were talking between them.
Oni warrior 1:Now what?
Oni warrior 2: I don't know, they were easier to defeat than I thought.
Kai: Well maybe we wanted you to defeat us.
Oni warrior 2: that doesnt looks like a good way to win a battle. Cole: doesn't it?
Kai: guess you are right- Said Kai while cutting the ropes that were tying them, Cole and Kai were back to back whealming their golden weapons, then an Oni flew by the air and punched the Oni Kai and Cole were fighting.
Jay:Get away from my friends!
Kai: what a way of making an entrance.
Cole: Guys...I hate to ruin the moment but I think they may outnumber us a little bit...
Lloyd: It looks like you could use the other half of the team, where is he?
Kai: Where is who?
Zane: The Overlord?
Cole: You mean that he has returned?
Kai: Wait if he hasn't come after you, where is he? Lloyd: Oh no, master Wu!
Omega laughing: It worked, he just had to separate you, and now your master will suffer the consequences, and there's nothing that you can do to stop that… 

Chapter 4: The other face of the coin

Overlord: Son of the creator, great warrior, wisemaster… you will be perfect
Master Wu: Overlord… you are the contrary of everythingmy father fought for, you are the other face of his coin…I don't care what you are planning but my ninjas will stop you.
Overlord: Stop me?hahaha, well, what if we show them the other face of your coin…
Meanwhile
Pixal: Hurry, climb into the mech, we have to help the master Wu.
Lloyd: Pixal its right, lets go.
They all climbed on the mech and they went to search for the Master Wu, from the sky they couldn’t find him, till Jay shouted:
-Its that Garmadon?
Kai: What? What would he be doing here?
Lloyd: That's not Garmadon
Cole: Well that's not an Oni either.
They went down and then saw him, it was like an Oni, but he had a golden armor, his face it reminded them of the golden master, but that was not possible, then he talked.
Overlord:I told you, you weren't leaving this island with your whole team.
Lloyd: So your only goal was to take the Master Wu?Where 's he?
Overlord:Hahaha, Where's Wu? You are seeing him!
Jay:¡No! That's not possible
Lloyd whispers with sadness: uncle… Overlord: Now you think you can face us?
Lloyd: Everyone jump on the mech.
Jay: We can't leave Master Wu
Cole:We have no option, we need to protect Ninjago!
Everybody obeid Lloyd and jumped on the mech that left the island to the bounty. 

Chapter 5: The new realm

Omega: The ninjas ran away… I thought you knew what you were doing…
Overlord: Oh, you thought we were going to capture them? we just needed someone with the blood of the creator of this world… My plan was taking a vassal and  manipulating them...but I think our vassal will work for what I wanted.
The Overlord took a crystal and told them “This crystal it's going to give us a way to fuse this world with the departed realm, that will bring some of the biggest enemies from the ninja back… we are going to destroy the ninja, just not directly.
Omega: I don't like that, we should destroy them face to face.
Overlord: You may not like that plan but thanks to it we are going to be able to summon this world into darkness and destruction.
Then the Overlord raised the crystal to the sky, whispered something to it and stabbed it into the ground.
Omega: It 's done! Now we can go to spread the news.
Overlord: Go and give this world the destruction it deserves. I have somewhere else to be.
 
Chapter 6 : The ghosts of the past

Lloyd after they got down from the bounty and back into Ninjago city: We have to hurry, find a solution
Zane: We are at our weakest spot as a team, and I don't think we can handle the Oni and the Overlord at the same time.
Kai: I don't mean to interrupt but does someone else see Cole more pale?
Cole looked at his hands and saw them turning into a ghost again: Oh no, no, no!, this can't be happening right now!
Jay:Guys… I think we have worse news because… aren't those Chen’s anacondrai?
Pixal: It looks like all the people on the departed realm are crossing to Ninjago
Lloyd:We should leave the streets, the bounty will call too much attention, let's go!

Meanwhile

Samukai: I 'm back?, but how?
Clouse: I was making myself the same question
Overlord: Easy answer, i brought you Clouse: You are him, aren't you?
Samukai: The Overlord… And how you supposedly brought us back?
Overlord: It's not your place to know the how, but the why, and you are here to have your revenge and destroy Lord Garmadon
Clouse smiles: Won't you join us?
Overlord:I will let you have your fun.

Meanwhile

Kai was looking around, thinking about everyone they could find, just like Cole and Jay, Zane and Pixal… but Lloyd...he was just thinking of someone.
Cole: All right everyone whose deceased is appearing so i'm going to be the one that makes the question, do you think we can find people like...my mother?
Lloyd: We shouldn't keep our hopes very high… I don't think that kind of person is in the departed realm…
Kai: What do you mean, Lloyd?
Lloyd: I didn't remembered it the right way before, but now i'm just getting all the pieces together, the first time we faced the Oni and after the tornado, I saw the First Spinjitzu Master, it was like a grassland, it was full of dragons… and i have the feeling that some people go there too, I mean I was there.
Jay: All right so that means we can only have the chance of seeing bad people
Lloyd: I mean not necessarily bad, the departed realm as I see it. It's kinda like some extra time, you know, Morro helped us the last time.
Morro: And I expected you to leave me alone so I won’t have to come back here.
Lloyd: Morro! It's good to see you
Kai: I'm sorry didnt he possess you last time?
Lloyd: Technically no, he did that the first time, the last time he helped us against Yang, you know what's happening?.
Morro:Yes, in the departed realm we get all the information really fast, The Overlord is behind all of this.
Jay: Yes, we already know that.
Morro: It looks like we don't get it fast enough… Lloyd:Morro, do you know what his plan is?
Morro: Yes, and it's not good, he's trying to fuse our realms…He wants to bring darkness to Ninjago
Zane: He already has the Oni on his side, if he also sets free all of our dead worst enemies we won't stand a chance.
Morro:That's not the worst part, he needs two crystals to accomplish that, as all the ghost are already on this side, that means he already used one of the crystal, but if he uses the other one, everybody will go back to be a living being…
Lloyd: We won't be able to stop him- Lloyd sits on the floor with his head down.
Kai: You can't lose hope… master.
Lloyd: This time it's not about hope, when we face him its never easy, last time Zane had to sacrifice himself to do it, and as we can see it didn't really work, we don't even have the full team…
Morro: Well I have a team of people that may help but from what I heard of your relationship with them you may prefer not to…
Lloyd: Who are they?
Morro: Well Mystake, Hutchins…
Lloyd: That's not bad at all
Morro:Mr E
Lloyd:Thats worst
Morro: You wont like the last one
Harumi: Why don't I say it myself?
Lloyd froze, The rest of the team were just really angry at her,Kai noticed Lloyd and just tried to hide it.
Kai: How do you dare? after all you have done!
Jay: I cant believe I’m saying this but Kai its right, we can't work with her.
Pixal: We can most surely not trust her.
Zane: I have to agree with you
Lloyd: They are in, all of them
Kai: What??Lloyd, how can we know they won't betray us?
Lloyd: We can't, but at least we have a chance, alone we won't be able to handle it…
Mystake: It's good to see you again ninjas.
Lloyd: It's good to see you too Mystake, and also you Hutchins
Mr E:I still don't think we have a chance of stopping them
Jay: I'm sorry, I have a question, why do you want to help us?
Hutchins: For my love and respect for Ninjago, and also cause i think I own it to you
Lloyd: Hutchins, you don't own anything to us, it's even the other way around, but we are thankful for your help, and i'm guessing Mystake shares your feelings
Mystake: I just want to fight some Oni again before im gone for good.
Cole: Aren't you an Oni?
Mystake: yes, why?
Lloyd: Nothing!-Said Lloyd while smiling, then he looked at Harumi and Mr. e-I'm still doubting about your intentions
Mr. E: Harumi helped when I really needed it, and she truly wants to do this, so i'll be here for her
Jay: I'm surprised you talk, not to be judgemental
Harumi:Look, Im sorry, ok?, I get it now, I still think that there are many lives in your hands… but also on mine... and the Overlord being back, it's in part my fault.
Jay: Sorry, but how many evil villains did you resurrect when you were here?
Morro: it's not directly her fault, but she resurrecting Garmadon broke the balance again and allowed his essence to gathered at the dark island once more.
Lloyd: We’ll talk about this in the monastery, we have to get out of the streets... 

Chapter 7: The beginning of the fight

Garmadon was alone in what he likes to call “The new fortress of darkness and evilness…” (That between you and me it was just a little department in Ninjago city, of course he had painted the walls black so he could appear from nowhere, but the name was trully an exaggeration).
Garmadon said to himself: “ Being in here it's devastating, I spend every day training, learning, searching for ways to get where I should be, but nothing… The only pleasure I get it's watching The Right Time on the tv, all those people, full of hope,the joy on their eyes...it's magnificent to look at them losing once and once again...of course there are times where they win but nothing in life it's perfect… I need supplies, to keep up the good work, I will do it during the commercial break...
He left to get groceries, but while he was walking he heard a voice:
Clouse: Hello, old mate…
Then Garmadon saw him, once again there was his magical enemie…
Samukai: It's time for payback Gar…
Garmadon tried to fight them, but it was impossible for him because they were ghosts, so he decided to run away while hearing the laughs of the two who had got their revenge on him…

Meanwhile

Lloyd: We have to go and face him…
Hutchins: We can not win with out a plan, its a suicide mission, well im already dead but you get the point.
Lloyd: We are not going to win, we have a plan, we’ll focus all our attacks on the Overlord, if we defeat him, he will have to let the master Wu go, then we can regroup, he will know best what's happening.
Morro: You really think we have a chance?
Zane: Well, he's not the golden master anymore…
Kai: And he's neither a giant dragon
Lloyd: Exactly, we will attack at his weakest, the real problem here are his allies, if we get to avoid them and just attack him, we can make it.
Jay: So what are we waiting for ?
Morro and Lloyd: Let's go get our master back...

Chapter 8: A win, a loss and a tie.

The Overlord was getting his followers ready “We have to get the other half of the crystal, but of course, or predictable ninjas will come for their master, so when they do, we will destroy them, once and for all…”
The ninjas arrived, Kai started fighting against the Oni, beside him was Jay, Pixal and Zane holding the line, Cole was fighting against Clouse and Samukai.
Lloyd:How many times we have to prove to you that you can't defeat us...
Overlord: I will always come back, I am the shadow, and I can see in your eyes that you lost the light…
Lloyd started fighting him, but he was too strong for him alone, then Zane saw that and he came to fight beside Lloyd.
Overlord: I thought you were gone, ninja
Zane: It's nindroid and we have many ways to come back…
Overlord: I hope you are right… I mean, for her…
Then they saw that Pixal was defeated by the oni and so was Kai, they were trying to take Jay but Cole stopped fighting against Samukai and Clouse to help Jay, they were trying to get out of the middle of the battle when some skulkin ghosts appeared and took bout of them, while Samukai showed off by saying “You didn't know that I had friends?”
Lloyd shouted: Now!- And Morro with his whole team came out of nowhere, they were heading to the Overlord when he copied Lloyd and also shouted “Now”, then an Oni pulled a lever and an entire fall surrounded the Overlord, Clouse, Lloyd and Zane…
Zane: I'll guess you want to face us, cause we are the ones who defeated you in the past.
Overlord: Us?- Said the overlord while grabbing Zane by his neck-You only were able to do what you did because of the golden armor… and that's not here- Then he threw Zane making him leave the circle of water.
Lloyd screamed and then faced the Overlord, but he wasn't strong in off, cause as we know the Master Wu also shares the blood of the first master of spinjitzu, Then you could see it clearly, the great shadow was holding in the air the one that used to be the greater light, it was a moment that looked like it could be painted to be remembered for forever, but then, this painting was interrupted by a feet, a black strong feet that went directly to the Overlord stomach making him drop Lloyd.
Overlord laughed and said: This is just perfect, the son beside the father, once again together.
Garmadon: I'm not here to save anyone, I'm just here to kick my little brother and also the guy that tried to take my body…
Clouse: My lord, let me take care of this…
Garmadon walked directly but slowly to Clouse, looked him right into the eyes and then just poured a glass of water against him while saying “I'm not wasting any more time on sidekicks” .
Overlord: I can take care of you, both.
Garmadon: I'll fight alone.
Overlord: And so you'll die…
They started fighting, they were almost even but as the fight was growing, Master Wu recognized more and more what was happening and fighted the Overlord from the inside, and Garmadon was gaining more and more power, so, as the fight grew, so did their advantages, till Garmadon stroke a direct punch to the chest of the Overlord, he fell to the floor,leaving Master Wu body… but it wasn't the master Wu they were use to see, he had his Oni side awakened...like you can see on Garmadon.
Wu: Aigh, we have to go behind him
Garmadon: He has already lost, by my hand…
Wu: Like you could do that on your own… He doesn't need me anymore, he is probably already controlling Omega.
Then the fall stopped, they saw Cole pulling the lever, and the rest of the team resisting against the Oni and ghost…
Overlord now in Omegas body: Run, little mouse, it will be fun…
And even though a ninja never quits this time they had to ran if they wanted to have a chance.

Chapter 9: The Dark Power

They were all angry, Morro’s team was in another room with Pixal while the ninjas and their old Masters talked.
Garmadon: How was that possible? The three heirs of the first spinjitzu master running away from his freaking shadow? we have to annihilate him.
Wu:We have to get stronger, if we want a chance we have to make the first move and to strike hard.
Morro: Look if we get the other half of the crystal,we may be able to stop his plan
Garmadon: You know what will stop his plan?
Wu: Killing him
Garmadon: exactly
Kai: All right, the two of you getting along its something I don't quite like.
Jay: Yeah, it's like Darth Vader and Luke were on the same side...wait no, that would be if Lloyd was an oni,its like Darth Vader and Obi Wan…
Garmadon: You are right!
Jay: You saw Star wars?
Garmadon: What? ¡No!I mean, if Wu is able to use his other side, his Oni side, so is Lloyd.
Lloyd: What do you mean?.
Garmadon: Your golden power, the pure creation, is gone, but your dark power, the pure destruction, it's merely sleep…
Zane: I don't like how that sounds
Cole: I mean, it's Garmadon’s idea…
Lloyd: I dont think it's right…
Garmadon: It's just power…
Wu: You decide how to use it.
Garmadon: Maybe it awakens if you are on an emergency Morro stepped between Garmadon and Lloyd: Stop.
Jay: Not even Morro thinks it's a good idea.
Kai: Yeah, and last time he possessed Lloyd.
Wu: Ninjas, let us have a word with Morro
Everybody doubted, but obeyed and left the room.
Garmadon: We have to do this, there is no other way to save
Ninjago
Wu: Yes… and you are my only disciple that's capable of such a thing.
Morro: I thought Lloyd was the one with the power
Garmadon: The other ninjas are old fashioned heros, they won't accept the fact that sometimes sacrifices are what gets us to save the day.
Morro: What should I do?
Wu: hear me out…

A couple minutes later

Wu opened the door allowing all the ninjas back in, then Wu smiled and said “ Lets start” and suddenly he started attacking his students, Kai tried to block the attacks but it was too much for him, even with Cole helping him, then Jay and Zane tried to help but they were intercepted by Garmadon that was also beating them up.
Lloyd: I will help you guys.
Morro: I'm sorry Lloyd… you won't.
Lloyd: You are betraying us?
Morro: I'm gonna do what it takes to save this city, even if its by defeating you.
Then Morro flew to possess Lloyd but he couldn't.
Lloyd: Since I saw the first ghost I'm wearing my deepstone armor under my suit, you really think too little of me.
Morro and Lloyd kept fighting, till Morro took a sword, Lloyd took his and when they were going to face each other, Morro avoided him and sliced the back of Lloyd’s suit to possess him once again.
The ninja were impressed that they could defeat Garmadon and Master Wu but then saw Lloyd possessed, he didn't look like the last time, Morro was also ready to use the destruction power to unlock Lloyd’s true dark potential, they started avoiding punches until they had to fight back, he was too powerful, it was the power of Lloyd but without anything stopping him, he was stronger and he was free, Zane used ice but the evil green ninja just destroyed him, earth could tremble that he just kept walking, fire wasn't anything to him and the lightning looked like it only fed him, one by one he defeated them, but when Kai drop to the floor, there was the true change, his suit was all purple, but not a normal purple, a black and dark purple, his hair was entire black but with two strands, one blonde and one green, his eyes were glowing but not with light, he had released his dark power, he was the Unleashed green ninja.
The Unleashed one: I am free, I am here to reclaim whats mine…
Kai: Wait, Lloyd, NO!
The Unleashed one: I am not Him!, neither Morro, I am the unleashed one.
Then he just left, they all had failed, they wanted to blame Wu and Garmadon but they just argued that they did the best for Ninjago. 

Chapter 10: Future it's foggy

The oni had already got the other crystal while the ninja were fighting between themselves, the Overlord needed to go to Ninjago city to use it and then he saw a dark glow on the sky descending in front of him.
The unleashed one: This is my realm, I am the heir of it, so kneel before me or be destroyed by my power.
Overlord:HA!...I can't believe it… dark power, you are truly desperate, I was ready for your true potential, Ultimate Master of Spinjitzu, let me introduce you to the last of my stone warriors, the vengestone soldier.
Then appeared a giant made completely of Vengestone,he was twice the height of Lloyd and the final version of a million attempts.
Lloyd flew and punched him directly, again and again, every punch he gave was covered by an aura and sparks everywhere, but it just did nothing, he was the most powerful elemental at the moment but he couldn't do anything…Then the Oni trew a chain at him, it captured his arm, a couple seconds before Morro left his body so he wouldn't be captured too, Lloyd drop to the floor, then he was also chained on his other arm.
Morro: Lloyd! I'll help you!
Lloyd: No! leave me, warn the rest of the team!
And so did, Morro left while Lloyd was chained, and he didn't knew the plans that the Overlord had gotten from Omega...plans that could make the light make even more shadows...

Chapter 11: The true Oni

Omega: RAGHHHH...that hurted… but it's good to be back.
The Overlord was again just an essence, like when he had first find garmadon, so long ago.
Lloyd: Now you will try to take me...won't you?
Overlord: You? No… but the Oni have revealed to me secrets of you, from your oni and your dragon side… Next time there won't be even a chance of you defeating us.
Lloyd: We will always find a way…
Overlord: You will try… but we have the Oni army, the skulkin ghosts, myself and now, thanks to you, we will have the golden
power…
Lloyd: My golden power is gone!. you took almost everything from me and the rest of it I gave it away…
Overlord: I thought so, but now I have learned that I only touched the surface of your power, a power that can never be stolen because it is creation, and as creation it will always be reborn…
Lloyd lost all the hope, it was worst that he thought, they may truly not have a chance this time. The Oni grabbed their ceremony staffs, and started absorbing Lloyds golden power, it was painful, slow, and it fed everything surrounding him, the ghost started to feel stronger, The Overlord raised once again, strong, he looked like a strong warrior, he had a golden armor and helmet, with his essence of evil contained inside of it, the Oni started to change, some of them grew to be three time the size they use to be, some of them just became stronger and faster, the rest of them became part of the fog, you could see their smiles and eyes looking right into you, Omega was just better, you could see it, but there aren't words to describe it, then he said “it is almost done, bring them!” you could see Lloyd hair losing his golden and blonde color to be time by time darker, he didn't felt weaker but stronger, even though they were stealing it from him it's like they had give him something he thought lost, but then he saw they brought the broken parts of the Oni mask and he knew that couldn't be good, then every Oni kneeled and Omega pointed his staff to Lloyd, his hair turn completely black while his golden power did not repaired them, but brought back the Onis from where this masks had came from, Hatred raised, Deception followed him and at last Vengeance. 

Chapter 12: Arriving on Ninjago city

Wu: So we all know the plan?
Morro: Are you sure it's gonna work?
Garmadon: Restored the balance, restored the prison
Pixal: We are going to have to go to the dark island again
Jay: Guys...I don't think we'll have to do that…
Then all of them saw the arrival of the Oni fog.
Cole: We have to maintain the line, if they get to the people we don't know what could happen
Zane: I know this may look irrelevant but they are not coming to destroy everything.
Garmadon: He wants us to go to him
Kai: He's just showing off, isn't he?
They went to the Overlord where he was surrounded by the four most powerful Oni(Omega,Vengeance,Hatred,Deception).
Overlord: This again… it just feels excellent, free him- Then some Onis let go of Lloyd- This time you can't stop me,no plan, no team, no power, watch me on a new true nature and suffer-Said the Overlord while making a signal so everyone started the attack, this fight wasn't far, and it was true, the ninjas didn't have a real chance, Cole tried to face the Vengestone Soldier but he was also surrounded by this overpowered Oni, Lloyd tried to keep helping but he was confused about everything, like when your mind is somewhere else, his friends started falling, losing, giving up, Jay was facing the army of skulkin when he was surrounded and suddenly everyone heard Samukai yelling “Finish him!” Jay closed his eyes but when he opened them again he found out there weren't any ghost, half of them had been destroyer by water and the other half was running, and then he saw her, Nya, defending him, you could see the anger on the Overlord eyes, The ninjas were almost starting to feel happy when Nya threw water at Mr. E They screamed at her, tried to explain, but she just continued, she attacked Morro but Mystake and Hutchins got in the way to protect him,but they didn't just disappeared, they glowed and then raised till they vanished on the sky, no one understood what happened there, except for Lloyd who knew exactly where they were heading at, he didn't had a second when he saw Nya attacking Harumi “NO!” shouted Lloyd, he didnt think about it, he just acted following his heart, and when Nya threw the water at her he just...stopped it, he was controlling water, for all the emotion of the tense moment, no one gave it importance, but it will be really interesting in the future...Then the Overlord decided to put to all of this an end, he took it and without doubting he stabbed the second crystal into the ground, first Morro became a human again because he was the closest one to the crystal, after him was Harumi and then Samukai, the crystal was about to reach the army when Nya stroke it several times till it just shredded in two pieces and then she went to eliminate the rest of the skulkin army.
Overlord: You don't see it? you can't win!, I am in control of the vengestone, the golden power, the oni, YOU WON'T STOP ME!, not this time, you will see how much destruction my creation will bring.
Then he took both parts of the crystal and fused it,it was like new, but it looked differently, then once more he used it, this time it had a new function, it didn't fusion two realms, but the two Islands.
Overlord: I will destroy all the balance that exists, I will bound us, I’ll bound our earths and I'll make Ninjago succumb to the Darkness! THIS REALM WILL BE MINE! THIS WILL BE THE DARKNESS REALM!

Wu: Morro! Now! bring back the balance.
Morro with help of the ghost he brought with the allied armor of azure, he surrounded all the onis from the sky, making a circle with tea traveller and throwing all of them away,Cole punched the Vengestone warrior to the circle and then it closed.
Kai: Balance isn't restored!, the islands are fussing anyway.
Lloyd: I'm the owner of the golden power… the state that has the most pure creation...That's it!Guys, surround him!
Jay: I don't think we can hold him…
Lloyd: Kai, do you trust me?
Kai: Always, even when you don't.
Lloyd: then follow me
Kai and Lloyd were mirroring each other movements, it looked like a battle but also like a dance, and together they were bringing creation, then between Lloyd and Kai forged the first new golden weapons, the sword of fire, out of nothing, then he started fighting the Overlord using it, the balance was starting to be restored.
Then the same thing happened with Jay, creating the new nunchucks of lightning, with a sais on one side in honor of Nya old weapon, then Cole created his maze of earth, Zane made the shurikens of ice but it didn't completely restore the balance.
Kai: Why didn't it work?
Wu: Because of me and my brother, we'll have to get more traveller tea and we will…
Cole: You can't do that master.
Wu: there's no other way
Lloyd: There might be, Nya follow me- Then they created together the Trident of water, a completely new golden weapon-Its almost restored, Morro you have to do it- Morro doubted of his worthiness but there was not time to doubt, so they together forged the aeroblade of wind, and then Lloyd looked at the Overlord eyes and said “ I may not be capable of destroying you, but I will lock you up!” and then he forged his Bo of creation and stroked the crystal with it being able to break it completely. and then the balance was restored and the islands started to get farther and farther…
Kai: Well i guess we can't call you blondie anymore Lloyd: Don't talk about it, I hate my hair being this color Garmadon: What? you look just like me!
Lloyd: I don't
Garmadon: You do!, of course you need the four arms,but you will learn to grow an extra pair someday
Lloyd: Why would I do that?
Garmadon: To do this pose, and this one, and also this one
Lloyd: Dad, no one is looking
Garmadon: Of course someone is, Jay is looking!

And they kept walking and talking while Harumi just looked from behind, she didn't expected them to embrace her, but at least she expected to receive Lloyd’s hate, not his indifference, and there they were, now with both sons of the first spinjitzu master being Oni, Lloyd with his black hair, Morro human and with the new golden weapons… if everything changed so much, maybe it could change for her, I mean, if this taught her something it's to never give up, , we all know that a ninja never quits...
