[Switched Sides] Iida X Reader

...The dorms..

The end of school finally arrived and I walked out the entrance tired. Wishing I never took this job.

Now should I go back to the League of Villains hideout, or find a place to stay?
I thought about my next move but my thoughts were interrupted.

Aizawa: Y/N!

I turned to look at him.

Aizawa: By chance, would your parents allow you to stay at the dorms?

My parents-

Y/N: Well Mr. Aizawa...I wouldn't know.

He looked at me in confusion.

Aizawa: Should I set up a meeting with them?
Y/N: I don't think that would be possible.

I looked down, then smiled at him. Turning my back towards him, I started walking away from him and the school. Leaving him confused.

Aizawa: Y/N!?

He called my name. I turned to look at him.

Aizawa: Are you're parents...you know um.

I knew what he was trying to say.

Y/N: Yes. My parents died in a plane crash a long time ago.

Aizawa looked at me with some concern in his eye.

Y/N: But don't worry. I've been fine on my own.
Aizawa: So then it's  your choice. Would you want to stay in the dorms?

I nodded my head, accepting the offer.
He slightly smiled.

Aizawa: I'll get the class rep to show you around.

I only replied in silence, and nodded my head.

Aizawa: Ok I'll go get him. Please wait here.

I nodded yet again and stood by the entrance. I took this oppurtunity to report back to Shigaraki.

I opened a small portal to the hideout.

Y/N: Shigaraki?

Shigaraki: Yes? Anything happen.

Y/N: Not really just regular school stuff. Aizawa seems pretty fond of me, and I'm currently trying to get the class rep to trust me.

Shigaraki: Makes sense.

Toga: Hi Y/N!

Y/N: Hi.

Shigaraki: Anyways anything else?

Y/N: Oh they're gonna be showing me my dorm pretty soon.

Toga: Aww so you're not coming back here?

Shigaraki: Oh course she is. Every night for our nightly meeting.

I gave awareness to my surroundings and saw Iida and Aizawa coming out.

Y/N: Gotta go.

I closed the portal and acknowledged there presence.

Aizawa: Alright Iida. Her dorm is next to Mina's.
Iida: Yes sir.

He saluted to Aizawa.
I looked up at Iida and he gestured for me to follow.
In a peaceful silence we started walking to the dorms.

Iida: Y/N?
Y/N: Yes?
Iida: I wanted to ask.

I looked up at him with dense eyes.

Iida: Is it true..um about you're parents.
Y/N: Hmm?

I hummed.

Iida: About them..dying...in a plane crash? You don't have to answer just curious!

He panicked in awkwardness.

Y/N: Yes. They did die in a plane crash.

I looked at him with a heartless expression.

Iida: I'm sorry for your loss.
Y/N: It's fine. It happened years ago after all.  It's only reality.

I looked down at the floor as I felt him look at me.
Finally we got to the dorms.

Iida: Ok here we are. Class 1A's dorms.

I looked up at the building, almost overwhelmed.

Iida: Come on.

I followed him inside and saw all of the other students.
They all looked at me, which made me feel uncomfortable. Obviously I didn't show it.
Iida started showing me around, and we started going up stairs.
He showed me to my room and I walked inside. Again almost overwhelmed. I've never really had my own room before.

Iida: You can decorate you're room any way you want.
Y/N: Really?
Iida: Yup.

I looked around and already started having some ideas.
Iida stood at the door way and watched me observe my room.

Iida: Well if you need anything, don't be afraid to ask. My room is the 6 door on the right.

I nodded my head and he left, closing the door behind him.
