Sundays.

There was always something about Sundays that appealed to (Y/N). On days like these, she used to curl up on the couch with a cup of hot chocolate and watch a few Disney movies till she fell asleep. But for the past two weeks, she couldn't spend her Sundays in peace. It was like this day was conveniently tossed into the garbage adding two Mondays instead.

And she detested Mondays. But, moving on...

"(Y/N)?"

Her two weeks were mainly spent fighting fires, scrubbing her house down with a toothbrush, sneaking out to the fridge at midnight because her share of food was mysteriously eaten, tripping over whole volumes of The Encyclopedia Normanica, answering every 'why', 'how' and 'when', listening to terrible pickup lines, crying over her half destroyed garage because of a (hot) hand and handing glares of death from a ninja. Stressful two weeks?

VERY.

(Y/N) groaned, clutching her throbbing chest and faced Armin who stood at the doorway. She resembled a human burrito with her sheets rolled around her body. The poor blonde shot thr young woman a worried look and rushed to her side, pressing his knuckles to her head.

"You're burning up!" he exclaimed, retracting his hand.

Yes she had a fever. Could he stop making a big deal about it and do something?

Armin stood nervously for a while as the rest of the scouts entered her room, wondering why she wasn't downstairs yet. They stopped when they saw her sniffling pathetically under her bed sheets, giving out a few racking coughs. Honestly, (Y/N) just wanted to curl up on her couch with a hot drink and watch Disney movies.

"Call the doctor," she heard Levi order Connie. The boy quickly shot down the stairs as the rest of them pooled around (Y/N)'s bed, observing her. She pulled the sheets over her head unhappily. "Go away," she rasped.

Hange shook their head, placing a cold compress over her forehead. "Your fever is far too high to leave unattended," they explained gently. (Y/N) squirmed a little, then forced to stop by Levi.

"How do you feel?" asked Eren, gazing down at her softly. She let out a series of coughs, answering his stupid question.

"Ah, jeez," muttered Jean, "Hey, will you cheer up if I tell you a pick up line I have been working on?"

"Pick up line?" she asked, perking up, earning groans from the scouts and a smirk from Jean. He cleared his throat dramatically before reciting in a bored, monotone voice: "My friends bet I can't talk to the prettiest girl. Wanna use their money to buy drinks?" Then he shot her a pair of finger guns. The woman dramatically clasped her hands together, an exaggerated look of pride on her face.

"You're almost as good as me," she whispered. The two-toned male's eyes lit up, as a light blush dusted his cheeks.

"Yeah, are you done hitting on each other?" stated Mikasa. She glanced at Sasha who was shoveling down a bun she found in the kitchen. Pausing for a moment, the brunette handed it over to (Y/N), much to Levi's disgust.

"I called the doctor!" declared Connie, entering the room. He slipped beside (Y/N) and patted her shoulder comfortingly, "You have absolutely nothing to worry about..."
