(3rd POV) The avengers don't know why their soulmate just ran out of the auditorium. Did she not want them? While they were giving the speech they were very sad.
Peter had called happy and told him about how their soulmate had just left and to keep an eye out just in case.

(Melissa's POV) Why the hell did Astrid just run ou- oh my god the avengers are her soulmates. I started to smile. I looked at Damon "the avengers are Astrid's soulmates that's why she ran out" I said excited.
He looked at me and started to smile then it slipped away " then why did she just run out?"
" I don't know. Maybe it's because of jake but who cares about him we will convince her to talk to them." I said. He nodded.
(Astrid's POV) When we pulled away I was shocked that I just did that. 'Maybe I do have feelings for her I mean I used to maybe they are coming back' I thought.
She smiled at me "so you do like me back" she said very excited. I smiled at her.
"I do like you but there is one thing I just meet my soulmates well I ran from them but yeah"I told her. Her smile dropped and she leaned on the wall.
"So you want to be with them?" she asked sadly. She was trying to hold her tears in.
"I don't know I mean I don't want love because of-" I stopped myself from saying his name but I couldn't stop the tear that slipped from my eyes.
She looked at me with worry "because of who? Did someone hurt you?" She asked very worried but also angry that someone hurt you.

"Um- when I was 16 I had a friend his name was j-jake we were so close but one night I don't know what happened he just flipped a switch. He came in my room and he- he ripped my clothes off and he raped me and told me that if I told anyone that he would kill me." I said crying. She looked so mad.
"I'm going to kill him. I'm sorry you went through that but I understand if you don't want to be loved or if you don't believe in love but can we at least be friends?"she offered/asked.
"And I won't get mad if you except you're soulmates because you deserve to be happy" she said smiling.
"Yeah I would like to be you're friend and do you really think I should except them I mean what if they don't want me?" I asked nervous.
"Why wouldn't they want you, you are an amazing person and yes you should except them" she said sincerely.
"Thank you." I said smiling. I started to hug her and she hugged me back.
