~skip 6 months~ sorry for the skips😭
"hi mamas baby. you teething baby? say yes mama i'm teething." i cooed Mani.
Mani is 6 month and starting to get her two bottom teeth. so she's been crying a lot. i give her teething toys and it calms her down.
"nyah i gotta go back home for a while somethings going on and i don't wanna put you or Mani in danger i'll be back soon and i'll keep in touch" he rushed kissing my cheek and Mani's forehead.
"be safe" i said closing the door. we i guess i really am on my own. i went and put Mani down for a nap. i went on my laptop looking for a house to buy cause i only have a couple weeks before they kick me out of my moms. i found this really pretty one looks almost like my dream home. the only problem is that it's all the way in Suwanee.
everyone lives in Athens thats a hour away. i decided to call everyone on group facetime and ask them.

"we ain't neva did this before why y'all thought today was the day to go this" wooda joined.
"cause i have a life change question to ask y'all" i answered.

"so umm i was shopping for houses and i umm i found one buttttt-."

"but it's umm all the way in Suwanee and i don't wanna move that far away from y'all because y'all are like my family and thats a hour drive but i'm thinking what's best for my daughter and i's future and i can see myself living here for the rest of my life and it's spacious and has a pool in the back yard and it's 489,000 which is very low from my budget and it's just-."i said all in one breath.
"your dream home" demi cut off smiling at the camera. i looked and nodded looking back at the house on my computer.
"well if it's your dream home i mean forsho go with it and i'll be willing to drive that far to see my best friend and my niece" sway broke the silence. everyone was agreeing except for the person i really wanted to here and he didn't look to happy.
"zy what do you think?"i asked making everyone go silent.
"i don't know what to think but i can start off by saying i'm not driving a hour every weekend to see my child"
"you don't even see your child every weekend while you live 20 minutes away"

"all i'm saying is thank you everyone for supporting me and i'm buying the house Zyair you don't have to see your child at all since your so busy i got it she good in my hands and i'm taking you to court you don't have to go on child support cause i can handle my own but i will have full custody over my daughter end of conversation goodbye" i hung up.
i bought the house only put all my information in and seeing it says i could move in whenever. i heard hard knocks on my door i knew it was zyair so i cracked it. that didn't work cause as soon as it opened he pushed it causing me to slam into the wall.
"get the duck who said you could come in leave!" i yelled at him and he slapped me.
"don't fucking y'all at me bitch where my fucking daughter!"
"nun of your business that's my daughter don't put your fucking hand on me!" i pushed him. he pushed me back causing me to stumble and fall.
"you either get the fuck out or calling the fucking police leave!"
"where's my fucking daughter you not taking full custody of nobody"
i grabbed my phone calling the demi running up the stairs into my room locking it with mani crying.
"what's wrong what's going on?" she asked.
"zyairs in my fucking houseeeeee. LEAVE ME ALONE ZYAIR LEAVE PLEASE!" i told her yelling at zyair as he banged on the door.
"i'm not going nowhere open up"
"stop your scaring mani bruh leave me alone you supposed to be handling business leave me alone please" i sobbed.
"Zyair Cordez your under arrest for abuse of Anyah Parker. You have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions. Anything you say may be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to consult an attorney before speaking to the police and to have an attorney present during questioning now or in the future." some police officer yelled. i quickly opened the door dropping my phone seeing zyair on the floor.
"what you doing he didn't abuse me"
"your Anyah Parker?"
"yes get off of him"
"Nyah what are doing you just said-." demi was saying as i hung up on her.
"i said he busted into my house not that he abused me."
"ma'am the handprint on your face says different"
i just turned around grabbing Mani laying her on my chest rocking her. Mani loves her daddy so this sight was very hard for her and seeing her mommy crying was hurting her more. sway came in running to me hugging me. they took him and me and Mani stayed at sway's house.
