Spencer's POV

I sat at my desk smiling. I had a loving wife, 2 beautiful daughters, and a mini me waiting for me at the end of the day and that has always kept me going. When I first joined the BAU, I was 22, and not many people believed in me. Then I met Delilah, she had just turned 22, myself being 25 at the time, couldn't take my eyes away from the woman who was trying to take the last book, from my favorite author, she looked at me and that's it. She asked if I'd mind sharing the book and if I didn't she gave me her number to call me for when it was my turn with the book.

Laughing at the memory, it soon faded when a pissed off Hotch and JJ stormed in gathering our attention to the conference room.

"What's up we got a case?" Derek asked as Hotch was somewhat panicked along with JJ, which set us on high alert.

"Someone is targeting us. I just got a call from Haley that someone tried to run her off the road. JJ got a call from Will saying that he had almost been shot by some random person while he was out with Henry. Now if it were just one of us, I wouldn't be as concerned, but two agents on this team's loved ones are almost killed. I need you to call your families, we're sending patrols to pick them and bring them here." Hotch instructed as everyone immediately pulled out their phone, calling the hospital, I make sure they know an agent will be coming to bring my mother to me, before calling Delilah as I walked out the room worried.

"Babe? Aren't you at work, did you get called away for a case?" She asked, confusion in her voice, but relief in mine that her and the kids were safe.

"Yes and no, look. I need you to get you and the kids some bags packed, get Beethoven and Shakespeare things together too. An Agent is going to be coming by to pick you guys up. I'm not sure what's going on fully, but I will let you know more when I find out." I told her rushing as I heard the shuffling in the background stop as it got quiet.

"How long before they get here?" She asked before I heard a click, more than likely her buckling up Derek in his car seat and getting Darin in hers.

"15 minutes, it should be Agent Ward. Make sure he shows you his badge first, you know where the gun is right by the door, right?"

"Yeah. Okay. I got our stuff packed and ready, I grabbed you some extra clothes as well. We'll see you soon baby. We love you."

"I love you too, get to me safely please." Sighing before ending the call, I walked back to the conference room as everyone was looking worried yet relieved.

"Okay, now what?" Derek asked angry and I don't blame him.

"Now we find this bastard." Rossi huffed as we got down to business.

DELILAH'S POV

After verifying that the man at my door was indeed Agent Ward, I got the kids while he grabbed our bags loading them into the black SUV with the twin's stroller, with our fur babies, driving off the FBI headquarters. Within minutes we had arrived and were rushed inside by several other Agents, I could see another man with a little blonde boy and a woman with a little brunette boy both being ushered in the same way. Once inside we were sent up to the 6th floor with the agents that brought us in, to where the BAU team was currently at. Walking off the elevator, I walked toward the glass door, where I could see the other two parents being rushed in standing looking around confused and worried, making sure I had a good grip on Daisy's hand, so she didn't run off, I walked over to them, pushing the twins in their stroller making sure they were still sleeping, Beethoven and Shakespeare walking calmly beside us in their vest.

"Um hello, do either of you know what's going on? Or possible where I can find Spencer Reid?" I asked as they looked at me confused.

"Hello, do we know you? How do you know Spencer exactly?" The man asked worried and confused as the door the conference room opened up and the team came out, a man and woman rushing to the other two parents giving them hugs, as I looked for my husband who the last to come out the room following a tall black man.

"PAPOCHKA!" Daisy screamed out causing attention to turn to us, as I could see the relief flooding Spencer's face as the man who was hugging the woman with the brunette little boy turned and looked at us confused.

"Hello, I'm Agent Hotchner, is there anything I can help you with ma'am, if not I'm going to have to ask you to leave, this is a secured floor the moment." He told me as Spencer came rushing over pulling me in a tight hug stopping the man in his tracks.

"Thank God you all are safe. Mom is on her way." He said after grabbing my face giving me a kiss, then laying his forehead against mine letting out a shaky breath.

"Reid what's going on, who's this?" The black man he was speaking to earlier walked over looking at me and the kids before turning back to Spence.

"PAPOCHKA! Pozhaluysta vverkh." Daisy yelled yanking on Spence's pants, and he just smiled picking her up hugging her tight.

"Spence?" The blonde woman who was now hold a little boy asked him confusion clear in her voice.

"Guys, this is Delilah, she's, my wife." He toldthem as they looked at him upset and hurt. "This little one is our eldest daughterDaisy, and these are our twins Derek and Darin. These are the fur children andservice animals Beethoven and Shakespeare." He said looking at his team wholooked and him with hurt, confusion, joy, happiness. There were so many mixedemotions, and I didn't need to be a profiler to know that the thoughts runningthrough their head mainly held that he didn't trust them as much as theythought.
