Request from @Eevee4177 <3 Thank you for your request! This is kinda gonna be an add on from the Tododeku one, but kinda not? I hope you enjoy!!

The other day I ran into Todoroki on my way to Denkis dorm, he was holding a bottle in one hand and a heavily crying Deku on his hip with the other. I was super confused but yes queasily just said "He won't let me go, could you please get me some chocolate milk? I'm so sorry I'm repay you later thanks!" And shut the door pushing the bottle my way. I reluctantly went to the kitchen and got chocolate milk, only in hopes I would get an answer when I got back. When I arrived at the door I knock slowly but was greeted with the door swiftly opening as I got pulled into the dorm. I stumbled in almost tripping over Midoriya on the ground but luckily catching myself. "Dude what the hell...." Todoroki took the bottle from my hand and shoved it in Deku's mouth yelling "There! Are you happy now!?!?" Midoriya responded with a giggle and the flap of his feet. Todoroki huffed but couldn't help but smile and pick him up putting him on the bed in his lap. I gently cleared my throat which finally got his attention "Heeeeeeyyyyyy Shinsou......" I moved the hair out of my face "hey....so, what?"

After a long explanation I finally got the answer I was looking for. I was super intrigued by it all and found it very cute! He told me how he came across it and how it started etc. I daydream about a relationship like that but when I snapped out of it I remembered..... DENKI! As if he had telepathy he came through the door "I heard your voice, why are you in here? Oh hey pumpkin! How are you today!" He walked up to Midoriya and tickled him a little "He's been a menace, he wouldn't stop crying but was attached to me at the Ho so I couldn't go do anything. It was terrible but I can't be mad, he's just so cute..." Todoroki explained. Denki laughed and punched Midoriyas cheeks. "So I'm assuming this is why he's here?" Todoroki nods, "Well if that's all, ready to come to my dorm babes?" I nodded and walked back to Denkis dorm with him.

"So you know?" He chuckled "Yeah, have for a while. Midoriya was screaming really loud one time because he had to take a nap but wanted to play with his heroes. So I went over to ask what was happening." I nodded and sat on the bed to which he followed. "So what's wrong?" Denki just looked at me "What do you mean? Nothing?" I pulled him towards me for a hug "It's not nothing, you're being weird again. And you don't call me over for nothing, usually you just barge into my room." He sighed "Just having trouble again.... My quirk is making my 'dumb' moments last longer and they just keep making jokes. I cant say anything but it hurts really bad when it happens and my memory is just getting worse." I hug him tighter as he cries into my shoulder "Hey shhhh, I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry. I wish I could be there to help. I want to help you." He curled into my lap and I pressed a kiss to his hair while rubbing his back.

Suddenly I got an idea "Hey baby" He lifted his head to look at me "You know, when I heard about Todoroki and Midoriya today....I thought about you. I thought about how cute you would be and how it might help you. Have you ever regressed before?" He blushed and slowly nodded "You have?" He nodded again "After I learned about it I asked Todoroki some more questions to her information and he gave me a few things to help. I regressed once and it was really nice, it helped a lot but I was scared what everyone would think of the found out and I couldn't really handle myself so I didn't do it again..." I smiled a little "Do you want to try again? I can be your caregiver, just for today and if you don't like it we don't have to talk about it again I promise!" He gave me a smile and pointed to his bedside drawer. I opened it and took out the plain yellow pacifier. I have it to him and picked on of his stuffies off his bed. It was a cute little panda! I made it tickle his face a little bit before giving it to him and he just giggled with a big smile. I kissed his forehead and held him in my arms for a while. It was nice, it felt comforting for me as well as him! I wanted to stay like this forever...I wanted him forever....
