The Special Mate

Chapter 8

Once Ava got home she before she could even Reach for the door it had opened and out walked Nick. Nick wasnt paying attention and he had bumped right into her causing her to stumble back to fall. Before she could hit the ground caught her by the waist and he pulls her up "you ok? I didnt mean to bump into you I didnt see you" Nick asked. Ava nodded a little "yeah I'm fine  what are you even doing here and how did you know where I live"

Nick Chuckles a little "I'm an alpha I know everything and I was here to ask you some questions but your mother answered them for me so dont worry about it

Ava looks at him alittle confused "alright then" she suddenly hears him growl "Nick you ok?"

Nick looks down at her he then nods alittle "...yes I'm fine don't worry about it "

"Ok...well see you later then I have to go and get ready for something later" she walks passes him and she went into the house once she had walked in the house she looks at her brother and mother "what?" Gage and their mother look at each other then they look at her  "nick was looking for you" gage said as he was looking at her Ava looks at him confused "ok and I know I just seen him coming out of the house before coming in here. But what did he need?"

Her mother steps up and she looks at her "I don't have do you to get mad he came and asked a few questions in why you was a demon and why you killed your dad"

She looks at them shocked of what she was hearing "what did you tell him"

Her mom looks at her little worry  "we told him the truth"

"You told him what!?"

"Sweet heart we had to tell him that truth was going to come out either way"

"Well maybe I wasn't ready to tell him any thing! Mom I just met him he probably hates me now!"

James walks over to her and trying to calm her down "Sis calm down now please your starting to lose control" he holds her hand up showing that her skin was turning black

She pulls away from him "how can I calm down when my only mate probably hates me now!"

James goes to grab her again "Ava im sure he doesnt hate you beside couldnt hate you your his mate"

Ava looks at him "oh so now you care about me? Where was you when I killed dad? You left me when I need you most! You are never there when I need you!" Ava runs passed them as she run into her room and she slams the door behind her

James looks at her bedroom door and he sighs little "we messed up didnt we" his mother nods "I'm afraid so.."

After a few hours Ava was already dressed up and out of the house walking to luke's house once she walked up to the pack house she took a deep breath and when she was about to knock on the door Luke's mother Abby opened the door

Abby looks at her surprise "Ava! Come come in its been a while since the last time i saw you" Abby moved out of the way so Ava could come inside the pack house Ava just looked at Abby for a minute or two she then walked in the pack house as she was shaking not knowing what was going to happen at this dinner party

Abby looks at her clearly knowing that she was scared from what happened last time that she stepped into their pack house. "Ava Dear no need to be scared I not going to let anything happen to you this time I promise You can count on that." Ava just rolled her eyes knowing that is what Abby said list time she was there and she was going to take any chances Ava walked right into the living room as soon as she did She was knocked down on the ground. Ava lift her head up to see who had knocked her down she looked and seen lukes little sister had knocked her down "oh....hey ivy its been a while"

Ivy looks down at her "Ava! Where have you been!? I missed you so much! I thought you was never going to come back"

Ava lays there looking at her then she sits up and gets ivy off of her "I'm sorry sweetie but I had to leave for a while...." Ava takes a deep breath and she looks at her again then she smiles at her "at least I'm here again that's all That matters right"

Ivy looks at her for a minute then she looks away and she crossed her arms "yeah...I guess so"

Before Ava could leave Ava was pulled into someone arms she looks up to see who is was she seen Luke "ah I'm glad that you listen to me and came to dinner " as Ava was about to push him away from her luke had pulled her back in his arms and he started kissing her. All Ava did was just stand there and let it happen because she knew if she tried to do anything like try to get away from him he would just hurt her even more. After Luke was done kissing her he let's go of her and backs away from her abit "come on Let go eat dinner is done already " Luke turns away from her and went to the dinning room

Ava stands there for a bit not wanting to go in the dinning room. But then she feels a small hand grab her hand she looks down to see ivy. "Its ok! I'll protect you from Big brother" Ivy said as she smiles at Ava. Ava smiles at her then goes into the dinning room with her. Once they was in the dinning room both of the girls sat down in there seat. After was seemed forever Ava was finally allowed to leave.  But when Ava was able to leave she didn't goes home she went to Nicks pack house.
