Chapter 3

Ava POV

Ava was walking home until she had this bad feeling that. She was looking around to see who was watching her but she didn't see anyone there. Ava eyes started to glow red one of her ears move to listen to whoever was following her until she heard breathing and whispering then she took off running knowing who it was "Ruby he's back" Ava said as she kept running

"How!? Thought we killed him"

"I thought that too but it looks like we didn't

Ruby growled

"What should we do ruby??" Ava said as she stopped and looked around to see if they were following her

"I say stay and fight him because they are just going to follow us home and we can't let mom get hurt because us"

"I guess your right" Ava turned around and started growling "come out! I know you there!" Ava said out louder then there was laughter coming from behind the bush then a big black wolf walked out "long time no see isn't it babe.." He gave her a small smirk. Ava snapped at him while growing "I am not your babe and I never was". The male wolf walked over to her and shift to his human form and looked down at her and grabbed her chin making her whimper a little "oh but sweetheart I marked you so your mine remembers" he said as he tighten his grip on her and she whimpered louder. "Now say it I'm yours" she grabs his hand to get him to let go but his hand gets even tighter and she yelps a little "ok...ok...i-im yours." The male smirks more and drops her on the ground and kicks her in the stomach "good now don't let me caught you talking to that alpha or his friends again....yes Alpha??" He said as he was picking her back up "y-yes alpha" she looked down at her feet and he walked away. Ava started to black spots then everything went black.

Nick POV

Nick was following Ava home he didn't mean to it did he just wanted to see her again and make sure she was ok. He stopped when he thought she heard him but something was off he knew it wasn't him that she heard. Next thing he knew Ava eye glowed red and she took off running

"Max you saw that right??"

"Seen what nick," he asked Nick

"Her eyes.."

"What about them"

"Her eye turned red max that can't be normal can it"

"Nick I think you're seeing things"

"I know what I saw" nick feels then bad pain in his stomach "Ava!!" He took off running shifting in mid-air causing his clothes to rip off of him. He kept running until he saw Ava laying on the ground unconscious he walked over to her and put her on his back and he took her to the packhouse and the pack nurse as soon as the pack nurse comes to get Ava from him he growled and snapped at her "young alpha if I can't take her I can't help her" the nurse said putting her hands on her hips. Nick growled slightly but he laid down letting the nurse take Ava then nick left to go to his room to shift back and get clothes on

Hours later.....

Ava POV

Ava wakes up grasping seeing wires all over her and seeing people around her. Ava eyes went red and she grabbed the closet by the next and growling at them. "M-miss p-please l-let go" grabbing her hand trying to get Ava to let go of her. Ava eventually let go "where am i" saying it in a demanding tone.
"Y-your in the pack nurse the young alpha found you on the ground" the nurse gets up rubbing her neck "well...tell him to thank I have to go now," Ava said as she was ripping the IV and everything off she went to get up until her hand was handcuffed to the bed Ava looked at her then the handcuffs and pulled on the really hard making the handcuffs to break when she left the room "no doubt they know what I am now I gotta get the help out of here," she thought to herself Ava shifted her fur was red and black her tail was demon-like and so was her eye she ran thought the packhouse trying to get out but people kept getting in her way so she either bit them or she ran thought their leg. Until she saw nick her mate she stopped dead in her tracks and looked up at him she seen the look on his face he was shocked to see what his mate wolf looked like. Ava looked down with her ears down whimpering thinking that he would reject her for what she was but then she felt him pet her on top of her head them she looked up at him Nick smiled at him and got down to her level " its ok Ava" he said with a smile but h
Ava remembered what the black wolf told her so to shook her head ran pass him and ran all the way home. Once Ava got back to her she ran inside and hugged her mom

her mother hugs her back "oh Hunny what's wrong what happens??"

"m-mom h-he's back
