"Today's discussion topic is on family and friends, and how that relates to sexuality." Amber said, encouraging the members to scoot their desks closer in a tighter circle. Jeongyeon threw an unsure glance at Dahyun who only pointed to the space next to her.

Ever since her first visit, Jeongyeon found herself thinking about QSA whenever she passed by Room 117. The environment, the smiling faces of the kids she never really noticed in the halls but felt immediately at home with, all the way to the banter and comfortable talk that she found herself wanting to join in on.

They were different from the crowd she usually found herself flocking with but she liked them all the same.

Sexuality wasn't something she really thought about, not with how intensely she'd kept focused on her sports career. After all, her dream was to get into one of the top universities on a sports scholarship. Things like general education and social climbing never pinged her as something to pay too much attention to.

But there was always a question in the back of her head, a confusion over why she never gave a second thought to the athletics department boys that would ask her out or why her stomach would sink when the girls on her team would gossip about the latest dating drama.

The beginnings of a question that never fully formed into something she'd ever ask herself, but the edge of curiosity that pricked her back like a needle.

So, when the next Monday rolled around, Jeongyeon found herself standing in front of Room 117 with her backpack slung awkwardly off her shoulder. For a brief second, she felt the tug to get the hell out of the classroom and head home but something kept her rooted in place.

When she finally got the courage to step through the doors to six faces, she didn't see the confused judgement a part of her feared, but instead, welcoming smiles.

And so there she was, scooting her chair next to Dahyun while the other club members did the same.

"As always, the rules are that when we're not speaking, we're listening. Anything said here stays here. Nobody should make any assumptions about anyone else in the room. Don't pressure anyone into saying or feeling anything." Amber listed out.

"Don't invalidate what anyone else says in the circle... and that's it! Alright, there's going to be some discussion questions but they're just gonna be basic start off points. Feel free to talk about whatever it makes you think about."

Jimin shuffled through papers in front of him before looking back up. "Okay, first discussion question - family. Anyone who's come out... how has your relationship with your family changed or stayed the same? Amber, start us off?"

"Oh God." Amber groaned from her seat. "Don't even get me started. They're generally cool about it but they're constantly on edge, I swear. I can't even study with a girl classmate at home without them constantly poking their heads in to make sure I'm not making out with them or something."

Jimin laughed. "I feel that so much. My parents went from chillest people ever to constantly up my ass. No pun intended."

The circle broke out in laughter before Jiwoo piped up.

"My parents actually don't know yet. I don't know if they'll take it well." She said with a nervous fiddle of her fingers. "I know I should since I knew I was gay for years but I'm scared."

"Hey, it's your comfort and safety that matters." Dahyun said, a comforting smile on her face. "There's no right or wrong way to do things."

"Exactly! There's no time limit in coming out. What scares you about it?" Jimin asked.
