The Assassin

Author's POV

Y/n looked around her surroundings. It was familiar yet so different. The air was so quiet and tensed. She held Taehyung's hands tightly.

Y/n : Where are we?
Taehyung : We are home baby. We are in the Enchanted World.

You looked around at a distance you saw a beautiful dark castle under dark clouds. It had dark mist surrounding it with silence. It looked beautiful but lifeless as if it has been sucked out.

Y/n : What's that?

They all looked at each other before answering Y/n. Sia spoke looking towards the castle with her sad eyes.

Sia : That was our kingdom Y/n. It's the Vampire Kingdom.
Y/n : But when I saw it, it used to be scarlet red and so beautiful. It looks so lifeless now.
Jin : It is Y/n. Twenty years before when you died on this ground, Evanora declared herself the Queen. Those who opposed her faced death. Evanora didn't have your powers so she used her black magic to retrieve the Kingdom. Soon the Kingdom lost all its glory and got consumed with her dark magic. 
RM : Don't worry. When you'll claim your powers back the kingdom will be alive again. The Kingdom is connected with you.

You just nodded. So many things changed. She felt depressed as because of her the people of her Kingdom are in such misery. Her Kingdom lost it's glory. 

J Hope : We can't stay here for long. Evanora can get a hint of Y/n being here. 
JK : Let's go to my Kingdom then.
Sia : But we are Vampires and you are a werewolf how can we enter your territory it's against the treaty.
JK : You forget that we signed a new treaty according to which I must help Y/n, the rightful Queen. Since she made that treaty it's mentioned in it that both Vampires and Werewolves are allowed to step into each other's territory with permission of the King/Queen.
Jimin : Right. And since Y/n is Queen and JK is King and they both grant their permission it's not against the treaty.

They all nodded and went towards the eastern border, where Werewolves' territory is.

J Hope : Jungkook earlier you said you need Y/n's help. For what?
JK : Same, to end Evanora. She killed many of our werewolves on the border. And since she is a Queen now only another pureblood Queen can kill her. I set out to find a Queen who can stand against her. That's when I found out about Y/n and her past, that she was the last Queen before Evanora. I thought after marrying Y/n I can make her kill Evanora. But then I found out about Taehyung and Y/n's love story and also the curse that separates them. Since Y/n will kill Evanora anyway, I give up on marrying her and instead thought to help her.

J Hope nodded. 

Soon they reached the Eastern Forest and crossing it they came to the border that separates the Vampire Kingdom and Werewolf Territory. The werewolves instantly bowed seeing Jungkook and let them all cross the border without any question. 

You looked around his territory it looked wild but beautiful. The forests were green and felt alive. The slow cold wind and chirping of birds showed the peace it holds. Y/n saw a few of them shape-shifting into a human or a werewolf. They all were bowing to them. They noticed Jungkook wasn't like a playful kid anymore he turned into a stern King. Jungkook took them to his stately home. It was a beautiful large Mansion made of wood. It seemed so calm and wild at the same time. 

[Time Skip]

They all were sitting in the court of Jungkook. There was no one else present other than Jungkook.

Taehyung : How will we find Yoongi? He is in the deep forests of our Kingdom. It will take a lot of time to find him.
Sia : Also it's not safe for us to roam around the forest to find him.
Jimin : Yes Evanora may find us.
J Hope : Finding Assassin would be tough. He hid well during these twenty years. He kept Y/n's sword safe with his life.

All the while Y/n was quiet. She was feeling different emotions. Sadness, guilt, and depression was eating her. There were so many things roaming in her mind. She thinks she is not perfect to be a Queen. Because of her Jimin, Sia and Taehyung lost their lives. Because of her, the once-great Vampire Kingdom lost its glory. Because of her people of her kingdom are living in misery. She doesn't deserve to be a Queen.

Jin noticed Y/n is drowned in her thoughts. He can understand Y/n's condition. She is still in the human body. Her emotions and feelings overpower her. 

Jin : The more you will think the more you will be depressed Y/n.

He said and you looked at him.

RM : We know what you are thinking. Don't think at least till we find Yoongi. You are feeling weak because you are still in a human body. But when you'll get your powers and memories back you will be the Vampire Queen Y/n again. Your sternness, boldness, and powers will be back. You won't feel weak then.

You just defeatedly nodded.

JK : We need to find Assasin soon.
Jin : Now only Y/n can take us to the Assassin.
Y/n : M-Me? How?
RM : You blood Y/n. Yoongi has your sword. You and your sword are connected. Your blood will help us to find your sword and then we can find Yoongi.
Jungkook : So what do we need to do?
Jin : Nothing just bring clean and pure water from the Southern River. 

[Time Skip]

You saw the circular container of water before you.

Y/n : What do I need to do?
RM : Nothing only your blood will do. Do you remember the image of a sword you saw in your portrait?
You nodded.
Jin : Good just have that image in your mind while looking at the water.

RM took a dagger and held your hand and placed the dagger on your palm. You closed your eyes not wanting to see it and ready to bear the pain.
RM put a slight cut and a few drops of your blood fell into the container. It didn't hurt you much. You looked in the container while thinking about the sword. Your eyes widen when you saw a forest and then a kind of cave.

Jin : He is there. On the eastern side near the mountains.
Jimin : We should go now.

They all nodded.

[Time Skip]

Wandering in the forest you were tired. You don't know when you will reach. You were not tired because of walking you were tired because it's been two hours and you still didn't find Yoongi. You all took a break before continuing again to find him. Then suddenly Sia stood up.

Sia : He is here. I can sense him. He found out that we are here. There on the left.

You all turned to the left and saw a person entering from the shadows of the forest towards you. As he came and stood before you saw him clearly. He was Yoongi. Still the serious face with a dark aura. Indeed he was the most capable Royal Assassin.

RM : Finally we found you.
Jin : Y/n is back Yoongi.

Yoongi was looking at you up and down making you more nervous than you were.

RM : Don't scare him. She is already nervous and confused enough.
Yoongi : If she is this scared and nervous of simple things then she is not Queen Y/n. 

He spoke still looking at you. Everyone looked at each other confused.

Jin : What are you saying Yoongi? She is Y/n, Queen Y/n. The queen gave up on her life for the Kingdom. And they are the royal family. See Jimin, Sia, and Taehyung. They all came back.
Yoongi : She could be Y/n but she is not Queen Y/n that died on this ground. Queen Y/n needs to be stern and fearless. And she is the opposite.
RM : Still she is the Queen and it's the truth. She is in the human body that's why she is bounded by feelings and emotions.

Yoongi : The Queen Y/n I know was stern and fearless. How can I believe she is the Queen and she still has the capacity and capability to handle Kingdom? I can't give Queen's sword to the wrong hands. She needs to prove to me that she is the Queen Y/n that died Twenty Years ago.

RM and Jin understood what Yoongi is saying. Yoongi knows you are Queen Y/n. He just wants to pull out your courage. 

Jimin : Her blood is the royal blood that proves she is the heir and Queen.
Yoongi : Her blood doesn't prove her capability. She needs to prove that herself.
 JK : I can't understand what you want.

RM and Jin chuckled.

Jin : He is saying he wants Y/n to prove her capability that she is Queen. And that can only happen if Y/n defeats Yoongi. Actually, Yoongi himself wants a face-off with Y/n since only she has a match with him. And it's been twenty years since Yoongi and Y/n had a face-off so he wants it now, isn't it Yoongi?

Yoongi chuckled.

Yoongi : Maybe. 
He shrugged.

Yoongi : Are you ready Y/n?

Y/n : I am.
You said with confidence that slightly shocked everyone since till now you were scared and now you are confident.

RM : Aren't you scared anymore?
Y/n : I am but going through all of these I get that I can't escape so I must accept who I am. And I am the Queen Y/n so I shouldn't be scared of these simple things.

They all nodded and Yoongi smiled.

Jimin : Amazing. We were trying to make her confident for so long but Yoongi did it in a minute.
RM : He just hit the nail on the head. Queen Y/n had self-respect and pride, she never ran away from challenges. And now when Yoongi said Y/n is not Queen and isn't capable and challenged her he just ignited her. And Y/n couldn't tolerate this so her inner courage came out.
Jungkook : So should we start the face-off?

Y/n : I want my sword. They say I never lost because of my sword. And my sword is a part of me. So I want it.
