Nevaeh's POV:
"You're the girl i was looking for."
This 7 words made me freeze. I think a paled too. I can't be very pretty. I stared with wide eyes at him. He looked at me like he can read my soul. He looked like he was nervous.
Why the hell is he here?
Why was he looking for me?
Why is he nervous?
There are a lot of questions i can't answer. I have to think about an answer. He can't know my secret. I'm just a weak little nerd he is bullying in school. I have to get out of this awkward situation. Think Nevaeh, think..!
"I don't know what you're talking about. I don't even know you."i said. I'm a fucking genius. Note the sarcasm.
"I know you remember me. How can you not? I'm a sexy beast." He smirked cockily. But i can see hope in his eyes. I wasn't that good, was i?
"I've seen better." I smirked back at him. Two can play this game. Hah.
"Ch. You hurt me." He pouted.
"But i don't even know your name. Can i get it?" He asked hopefully. Hmm that can't hurt, right? Right. But my name is the same as in school. I can give him my old short name. Nev. My old friends called me that.
"Nev. My name's Nev." I said.
"You have a pretty name. I'm Aiden by the way." I wanted to say i know. But he doesn't have to know.
"HEY." I heard shouting. I looked at Trey. Ohh i totally forgot about him. Ops.
"Oh sorry. What do you want?" I asked him.
"It's time to go. You said you wanted to go home early." He smiled.
"I totally forgot. Sorry i have to go. Bye Aiden." I waved at him. I grabbed my bag and headed to the door. I silently thanked Trey for the save. I couldn't continue with this awkward situation. I hugged Trey and went home. I went straight to my bed and fall asleep.
