Chapter 24

Recap:
"We shall." I smiled. I think i'll be smiling a lot today. That's sooo.. Um. Nevermind. I can't even describe it.
We walked to his car hand in hand. He opened the door for me and closed it. Hah. He can be a gentleman sometimes. He started the car and we drove into the night.

Nevaeh's POV:
The car ride was silent between us. Just the radio was on. Shut Up And Dance from Walk The Moon was playing. It's a fun song. The silence wasn't awkward, it was a comfortable. We were in our own world thinking. I'm oh so fucking nervous. I think he's nervous about this date too. I don't wanna screw this up like i did with my life. I was so stupid to built up walls around myself and didn't let anyone in. I regret this idiotic decision. But now i wanna make everything right again. It's not the end of the world that my parents died. I have to move on. It's not healthy to stay in the past forever.
Back to the present.
We were riding for 10 minutes when we came to a stop. I looked out and saw the park. I turned to look at Aiden questioningly and he smiled at me.
"Why are we in the park?" I asked him. I was curious about that. Hmm.
"It's a surprise. So i'm gonna put this in front of your eyes." He showed me a black bandana. He put it on my head and i see black. Aaaaa magic. I hear him get out of the car and the door on my side is opened. He grabbed my hand and began to lead me into the park. I think.
"Are you gonna murder and bury me? This is why i'm blind folded?" I asked a little bit worried. I hope i'm not gonna die tonight. (A/n: 'Not Gonna Die' is a cool song from a band called Skillet. I really love them. Listen to it. )
"Hmm i have to think about it.... Nope. At least not on the first date." He laughed at me. We walked further into the park and stopped. Wuu i think we are hereeeee. I'm excited now. I can't help it.
"Can i take this off now? Are we here?" I asked him. He laughed. Again. Chh dickhead. Always laughing at me.
"Yes, we are here. I'm gonna take the bandana off of your head." He said and pull the bandana off of my head. I looked around and gasped at the sight in front of me. There is a table on the grass with two chairs next to a beautiful lake. O my God. It looked soo beautiful. I can't believe he did that for me. I feel special now.
"Wow Aiden. Just.... Wow. I can't even say anything normal. Thank you. It's beautiful." I hugged him. It was unexpected from me. But he hugged me back. He smelled good. Wow i sounded like a freak. The inner me is a creep.
"No problem. Anything for you." He murmured into my hair. Aww i think my heart just melted. He's soo sweet. We pulled apart.
"Thank you. Again." I smiled at him. He smiled back and lead me to the table. He pulled my chair out for me and i sat down. He sat down opposite to me and uncovered our food. Wuuu i love spaghetti.
"Did you cook it?" I asked him.
"Umm i did the half. My mom helped me." He looked at me embarassed.
"It looks delicious. I love it. Thank her for me." I said while smiling.
"Will do." He smiled back happily.
We ate our meal while having small talkes. It was peaceful.
"Come on. Let's walk." He said.
The view was so pretty. We watched the sunset from the side of the lake. The weather was warm enough. We were walking close to the lake when i accidentaly trip over. Aiden saw me and try to grab me. But he failed. We fell into the lake together. It wasn't cold  so just the wetness was the problem. Lol. I hope i don't look like a clown with my makeup on my face. We looked at each other and started laughing. It was really fun. When the laughing died down he looked at me strangely. (A/n: is that a real word? Idk) Suddenly he pulled me to him and kissed me. ....... We kissed and kissed and kissed. Blah blah blah. Ya know what i mean.
We pulled apart and he smiled at me. But now he looks nervous. I know he wants to say something.
"Heey. Aiden. What's the matter? Spit it out." I said to him. I know, it was a bit harsh. But who cares? Ahaha.
" uhm. Will you be my girlfriend? Because i really like you and i want you to be mine. Ugh if you don't want to be my girlfriend that's okay with me.." I quickly kissed him on the cheek so he shut up.
"Yes. I'll be your girlfriend." He smiled happily at me after i said that. He looked so happy. He kissed me. It's our first kiss as girlfriend-boyfriend.
This night turned out pretty good. I hope our future will be this good too.
