Johnny woke up and walked into the living room, where Sid had fallen asleep on the couch and was holding Cat, who was also asleep. Johnny smiled. He didn't want to wake Sid, but it was noon and they had a gig in a few hours, and it took awhile to rehearse and set up their equipment. He shook Sid lightly and said, "C'mon, we have a gig in a few hours. Wake up." Sid groaned. "Five more minutes?" he mumbled. Johnny laughed. "Fine. But you better be awake by then, or I'll hit you with a pillow."
Johnny made some eggs. He checked the time. It had been five minutes. He glanced in the living room. Sid was still asleep. Johnny grinned. He grabbed a pillow, and hit Sid. "Ow!" Sid yelled. He fell off the couch. "What the hell was that for?" He glared at Johnny. Johnny laughed. "You were supposed to be up. I made breakfast." Johnny said, grabbing the plate of eggs from the kitchen and handing it to Sid. They ate quickly and headed to rehearsal.
*Time skip*
As the band set up their equipment, Natalie decided she was finally going to talk to Nancy. She saw here standing near the door, smoking a cigarette. Natalie took a deep breath and walked over to her. "Hi" said Natalie. Nancy looked at her. "Hi" she replied. Natalie felt herself blush. Quit blushing, you idiot! she thought. As Natalie tried to think of something else to say, Johnny ran up to her. "Nat, we need help! Two of Steve's guitar strings broke and none of us know how to fix them." She sighed. "Bye Nancy" Natalie said. "Bye" Natalie ran off. Nancy watched her go. "She's kinda cute" Nancy muttered to herself.

Sid stared at Johnny. He was glad that Johnny wasn't looking at him, it would have been awkward if he saw Sid staring at him. The song ended, and Johnny turned to look at Sid. Shit! thought Sid. He quickly looked away. He hoped it wasn't obvious that he liked Johnny.
