Obsession [PART 1]

   "One, you will never leave me alone." Sunoo nodded and glanced at Sunghoon. "And the second one?" He asked.

   "Two, you will keep the first promise," He said and stretches out his pinkie towards Sunoo. "Promise?"

      Sunoo linked his finger with the other. "Promise," he said, then the silence continued for a minute, "But hyung..." Sunoo unlinked his little finger. "What are we?"

   Sunghoon was lost in his own thoughts before he answered Sunoo's question with another question.

"Am I special to you?"

"...Of course," he said, despite being unsure of it.

   "Then, we have a special relationship. End of arguments." Sunghoon said. His hand moves on top of Sunoo's free hand.

   Sunoo knows what he was talking about, but still confused about their relationship just nodded and smiled at the older one.

   That's the beginning of their special relationship. A relationship where Sunoo can't escape. He rather lives in confusion than being hated by Sunghoon. And Sunghoon...he had won. He pulled Sunoo in another hug and kissed his forehead before hugging him again.

   Standing on the other side of the door, a man was looking at them, from the small opening he left as he pretended to close the door when they left the two in the room.

    The two didn't even notice the door was open as they were too occupied with their own emotions.

   Jake stayed behind to make sure everything is going alright. Heeseung told him to leave them alone, but he refused to. His guts feeling took the better of him.

   He didn't hear most of their conversation because they were talking in hushed voices. He was about to leave them after watching them for few minutes. But then, he saw what Sunghoon did.

   He was shocked to see the man kissing Sunoo's forehead. 'So my guess is right...' He thought. 'They are dating,' Jake felt as if he wasn't supposed to see that or being there at all.

   He is now looking at two of his members, hugging each other. His hand on the doorknob and he tried to close the door as quietly as he can.

   Before closing the door entirely, he took a peek for the last time and saw a pair of eyes staring back at him. He stopped breathing for a second, the air surrounding him felt oddly chilly, raising goosebumps on his neck.

   Sunghoon was looking straight into his eyes, his mouth was turned up into an eerie smile for a split second before he hides his face in Sunoo's shoulder.

   Jake closed the door. He didn't notice how his hand was trembling, his heart was pounding furiously and his mouth felt dry for some reason.

   He makes sure to stop by the toilet first before meeting his other members. His reflection on the mirror was bad. He was drenched in sweats and his skins were pale. He quickly fixes himself before going to Sunoo's room.

   When Jay asked him how is the two, he just stayed quiet and told him, " They're fine."

   He can't help but lie, because Sunghoon's smile- terrifying face is still fresh in his mind, and he doesn't know what will happen to him or the others if Sunghoon heard about it.

   The one in the room isn't Sunghoon. He refused to believe that it was Sunghoon. The smile is too sadistic and would belong to anyone else but Sunghoon.

   Jake was contemplating whether to tell them about Sunghoon and Sunoo, or keep his mouth shut.

   Will his silence benefit them or bring them to grief? Only time will tell. For now, he chooses to keep his silence for the team. He didn't want to change the dynamic of their group. One wrong move and it can cost them their entire future as a group.
