Emma's POV
We stayed at Snow and David's apartment and celebrated that Natalie was fine. When Henry suggested going to Granny's we all agreed.
I noticed Natalie use the cloaking spell again. "What's with the spell? We know who you are."
"Yeah, but the people in this room are the only ones. The rest of the town doesn't know. And when people see me, they'll have questions."
"So we'll tell them the truth. People know you're here from the future and that you've been using magic to hide your identity. We'll tell them that we found out you're our daughter." Killian said.
"Are you sure? That could be awkward for you guys. And I don't mind." Natalie said.
"We wouldn't have a problem with it. It'll be fine." I said as I put my arm around her.
Killian added to the conversation. "And besides, I don't want you calling Killian, I want you calling me Dad or something like that. People will know then. So there's no need for the spell." He smiled and Natalie smiled back. She undid the spell and we left for Granny's.
It was pretty empty when we got there, but not completely. We pushed a few tables together and sat Natalie between me and Killian.
"Hey. Who's the kid?" Ruby asked as she stared at Natalie.
"You remember Natalie? Turns out she's Emma and Killian's daughter." David said with a smile.
"I kinda got suspicious when I saw how much she looks like you guys." Ruby smiled and took our orders.
We talked for a long time. We talked about some of our experiences, and even though Natalie knew that Regina had been the Evil Queen, she couldn't understand it, which meant Regina wasn't the least bit evil in the future. This made everyone happy, but especially Regina.
Of course, at one point, we got to the subject of stubbornness, and everyone kept arguing over who was more stubborn. David said it was Snow, Killian said it was me, Henry said it depended on the situation (good way not to take sides), and I said either Killian or David. Robin and Regina tried to stay out of it, but when we asked them, they said they thought Natalie was pretty stubborn.
"I won't disagree with that." I said.
"Nor I. She locked me in the jail cell and took my hook." Killian said, still not overly fond of the memory, but not as upset.
"You wanted to go after the Snow Queen by yourself. That was the only way I could stop you." Natalie defended.
"When was this?" David asked.
"And why'd you take his hook?" Henry asked.
"Just before David told us that Ingrid had cast the curse." I said.
Natalie continued. "And I took his hook because he was using it to pick the lock."
"It's bad form to take a man's hook." Killian told our daughter, who was not backing down.
"It's stupid to try and take on the Snow Queen by yourself. I wouldn't have locked you up if you would have been willing to wait for backup. And I wouldn't have taken your hook if you hadn't been trying to pick the lock." Natalie frowned.
"I-It's disrespectful towards your father. I may not have known at the time but you did." Killian said, obviously not being able to make a suitable reply.
"Really? That's what you're going with? That is a horrible reply. And besides, you knew I was here to stop the Snow Queen from killing you. Did you really think I'd just let you go after her on your own? You saw how powerful she was. And you were just tired of waiting around for her to do something. You would have discouraged it if it was, I don't know, Mom." Natalie said.
