Emma's POV
It had been two weeks since the memory incident. I still don't know what happened in the woods.
I was talking to Killian, heard a noise, and the next thing I knew, I was in the sheriff's station. I called Killian, and he remembered the same things, except he was in his apartment. Neither of us knew how we ended up where we did.
No one had been able to remember anything. And Gold heeded the warning in the letter and not made anything to give anyone back their memories. The event in the woods was the last strange occurrence, and life was getting back to normal. Well, as normal as they can get around here.
I've been feeling a bit strange lately, I'm not sure why though. I'm getting suspicious, but I'm not sure and I'll have to check later. I haven't told anyone cause I don't need to give anyone else something to worry over.
I haven't seen much of Killian the past two days, but we're going out later. He said it was a special occasion, but I'm not sure what. It's not our anniversary, and I'm not sure what's so special about today, but I'm not going to tell him that.
Mary Margaret was pretty excited about something and did a horrible job hiding it. David was in a good mood, but he wasn't as giddy as my mother. Both me and Henry were confused by their behavior, but I just ignored it.
Killian told me to dress nicely, and I did. He took me to a very fancy restaurant I hadn't been to before in Storybrooke.
We talked and laughed all evening, and remembered our adventures and how our relationship had changed from the time we first met to now. I had a wonderful time, but I wasn't prepared for what Killian had planned.
Shortly before we got ready to leave, Killian grabbed my hand and looked at me intently. "Emma, I didn't realize at the time, but I fell in love with you on that beanstalk. You know how I felt about you in Neverland, but those feelings have grown beyond words. I love you, Emma. With all my heart. And I always will."
He started to look nervous as he got up and came around the table. Then he pulled something out of his pocket as he knelt down.
"You're my life, my everything. I don't know what I'd do without you. You know what happened when I lost Milah, but the love I have for you is so much stronger and deeper than what I felt for her. I can't imagine my life without you. Emma Swan, will you marry me?" He opened the box and I saw a diamond ring inside.
I started crying from happiness as I nodded. "Yes. Yes I'll marry you, Killian."
He smiled and kissed me, and I kissed him back. When we separated he slipped the ring on my finger. I looked at it, and then at him. Then I kissed him again, and he returned it.
I'm glad there weren't a lot of people in the restaurant because I'm sure I looked horrible, although my fiancé would probably disagree.
