Chapter 3

Trevor to the side ---> (Ryder's beta)

Sadie's pov

I turned to walk away but Ryder grabbed my arm and pulled me into the janitors closet.

"Why the hell do you cut yourself?'' he asked.

"Just don't worry about it ok. It's not a big deal" I told him.

"Not a big deal. NOT A BIG DEA. Sadie it's a huge deal" he shot back.

He was started to poss me off, it was none of his business. He doesn't care about me.

"Why do you care?'' I asked him getting annoyed.

"I care because your my mate now please tell me" he begged.

"Fine I do it because I'm a worthless bitch, who could die today and nobody would care. I'm fat, I'm ugly and-" Ryder cut me off by grabbing my face and kissing me. It was a hard kiss but still full of love.

I put my hands on the side of his waste and pulled him closer. He licked my bottom lip asking for entrance which I gladly opened up for. This was my first kiss so I hope I'm doing okay.

Ryder pulled away and rested his forehead against mine.

"None of the things you just said are true. Your not a worthless bitch, if you died today it would absolutely kill me, your not fat if anything your almost to skinny, but your the perfect size and shape to cuddle up with me and your not ugly your beautiful." he told me.

"If that's what you think of me than why can't we be together? I don't care about all your enemies I just want to be with you" I said.

"I know baby girl I want to be with you so bad but I can't put you in danger like that. I love you so much, Remember that" he said.

He was about to walk out the door when I wrapped my arms around his waste, put my head on his chest and hugged him with all the strength I had. Which wasn't a lot.

He seemed surprised at first then wrapped his arms around me and held me just as tight as I was holding him.

Shocks were running threw both of our bodies and it was absolutely amazing. I don't know how long we hugged but we separated when the bell rung.

"Hand me your phone so I can put my number in. If your in danger or sad or just want to talk, call me at any time, ok" he said

"Ok" I said as he handed my phone back.

He gave me a quick peck on the lips then left.

Ryder's pov

'Alpha we have rouges in the southern part of the territory, they want to talk to you' my beta Trevor mind linked me.

'On my way' I responded

I walked out of the school and shifted into my midnight black wolf and started running.

'This better be good I want to go back to mate' Jake, my wolf asked.

'I wish we could go back to her but right now we need to focus on the rouges' I told him.

When I entered the clearing that they were standing at I shifted and put y shorts on.

"Why are you on in 'Red Moon' Territory?" I asked the 2 boys who were in there mid 20s.

"We have a letter for you" the blonde said handing me the letter.

I opened it and began reading:

Dear alpha Ryder,

We know about your mate. I have some people spies watching you. She cried herself to sleep the night you told her you didn't want to be with her. It was quite the show actually. You might want to keep an eye on her.

Rouges

I shoved the letter in my pocket and let out a deadly growl that made everyone bow down.

I walked up and ripped both of the rouges heads off.

"Clean this up" I told my beta which was my best friend so I would normally feel bad for making him clean this up but I was to busy worrying about my mate.

I shifted and ran back to the school to get Sadie planning on taking her to my house. I have my own house but I usually stay at my parents because I get lonely being by myself.

When I reached the school I put my shorts on and ran to her class not even caring I didn't have a shirt on.

I opens the door and all eyes were on me.

"I need Sadie jones" I told the teacher.

Since I'm there alpha she has to do as I say. I ignored all the list filled looks and grab Sadie.

"Umm ok" the teacher said.

I pulled Sadie out of the school and buckled her up in my car.

"Where are we going? she asked

"My house" I told while driving away.
