Chapter 4

Sadie's pov

"Why are we going to your house" I asked him.

"They know about you that's why"

"Who" I'm so confused at this point. How can someone have so many enemies and why is he saying we can't be together, then pulls me out of school to take me to his house.

"The black shadow pack. They know about you so I'm taking you home where I can keep you safe." he said looking at me for a moment then back at the road.

I just nod my head not asking asking any more questions and sit patiently until we pull up to a White House with blue shudders. As soon as the car stooped we jumped out and walked to the front door.

"MOM IM HOME." Ryder yelled as we walked to the living room and sat down.

A lady that didn't look a day over twenty-five walked in and as soon a she saw me she stopped and smiled.

"Hello sweetie, you must be Sadie. I'm Lisa." she said walking to me. She pulled me into a hug and told me how happy she was to meet me.

"It's nice to meet you too" I said politely.

"They know mom. The black shadow pack knows and I don't know what to do. It's only a matter of time before other people find out" Ryder said starting to panic.

"Okay calm down. I think Sadie should move in so we can keep an eye on her." Lisa said.

"I can't move in what about my dad? I can't leave him." there is know way I'm leaving my dad all alone.

"It will be okay, we'll talk to your dad he will understand" Ryder said while taking my hand and standing up.

"Let's go to my room"

As we were walking to his room I noticed all the pictures of him and his mom that were hanging on the wall. I really missed my mom, she was amazing and always made me laugh.

When we got to Ryder's room and he sat on the king size bed with his back against the head board and pulled me down so I was straddling him. I could feel my cheeks heating up and looked at the dark blue walls instead of him.

He put both of his hands on my face and made me look at him. his blue eyes staring into my brown one with so much love.

Ryder's pov

She was sitting there blushing which is the cutest thing I have ever seen. I put my hands on her waist and pulled her even closer to me. I leaned forward and gently put my lips on hers. Sparks were exploding all over my body and I'm sure she felt them too.

I pulled back a little so she could breathe then started to give her little kisses down her neck. when I reached the spot where I would mark her I began sucking.

"Can I mark you?"

Her breathing stopped for a second then she pulled back and look nervous. "it will only hurt a little" I added.

"I'm sorry I'm just not ready, I- I love you but I guess I'm just not ready to be marked yet."

'Damn it' I thought

"I love you too baby girl, I can wait."
