I hop out the shower and Kym is on the bed knocked out with JK right beside her. As I'm putting on some chill clothes to go chill by the pool with my studbro and some coworkers from the barbershop I couldn't help but notice her phone is vibrating back to back nonstop. I don't normally go through her phone even though i know she don't care about answering mine I walked over to see Mik name on the screen. I picked up the phone and walked out the room so I wouldn't wake them up. "What's up Mik. It's Jas." There was silence. "Mik? What you need brahh?" "Aye where Kym at brahh? I called her phone right?" "Kym is sleep. And yes you called her phone. You're actually blowing her phone up like there's and emergency or something. So what's up. Anything you got to say to my girl you can say to me." "Man Kym know whats up. Tell her I said get back at me when she wake up." Before I could say anything she hung up. Now i'm not insecure but what the fuck is going on. Kym told me she no longer speaks to Mik but I'll figure it out.

It's Saturday afternoon and I let Monte ride with me to the pool. "Lil bro if I ask you something you gone be honest with me right?" "You know it sis. What's up with ya?" I hesitated before putting Monte in our business but he's always honest with me about Kym. "Is there something going on with Kym that I don't know about?" "Sis to be 100 with ya I don't know. I notice Mik blow her phone up all the time. I don't really want to be put in ya'll business to be honest. Both y'all my sister but whatever it is don't let it get between y'all. We all we got right?" Lil bro be on it for his age man. "Right."

We chilling at the pool when my phone start vibrating going crazy. I look down to notice a text from Kym.

My Baby: What did you say to Mik Jas?

Me: Are you fucking serious texting your girlfriend about what I said to your ex? Why she blowing ya phone up?

My Baby: Where are you?

Me: Chilling at the pool with AJ, Monte, and some folks from the shop. Where you?

My Baby: Home, waiting on you. Everyone is gone except me and JK. Drop Monte off with Dai at the court. Get here asap.

I read the text and slipped my phone back in my pocket. "Trouble in paradise bro?" AJ asked me with a smirk on her face. "Fuck you bro. Ain't nun I can't handle. When tf you gone get a girl and have a paradise?" "You know how i do Jas. AJ don't settle down. I might chill with you for a couple of months then it's on to the next." "You say that now. Just wait till the right girl come along and not gone deal with your bullshit. You won't be saying that." "Yeah whatever. We'll see, tell Kym put me on one of her lil friends. I could use some company sometimes." "My baby not putting you on shit. I got family duties so I'll holla at you folks later." Monte and I dapped everyone up before heading to the court to drop him off. I love spending time with Monte cause he's the oldest boy and he's growing up fast. I'm not a man so I can't teach him everything but I can teach him how to treat a woman and about life. He won't be a so called thug or street nig**. He plays football at his high school and I'm ready for next season so I can attend more games. My lil brother a beast on the field.
