Xylo looked up when they heard a ding in the small coffee shop. They frowned when they saw a blonde girl with brown eyes glancing around nervously, as if they were afraid of something happening. Xylo immediately stood up and walked up to the girl,

"Hello, do you want to sit with me?" 

The Blonde looked up at them and shrugged, 

"Uh, sure," 

Xylo smiled at them, 

"Great! I'm sitting right in that booth, do you want anything?" 

The blonde shook her head and smiled softly at Xylo, 

"I'm good, thank you...I might get something soon, not sure yet," 

Xylo smiled brightly and nodded, 

"Great! Come sit," 

The two sat down and Xylo glanced around and saw that the two were almost completely alone before looking at the blonde in front of them, 

"So, what happened?" 

She looked at Xylo in confusion,

"What do you mean?" 

Xylo smiled calmly at the person in front of them, 

"You look very anxious and keep glancing around, almost as if you are running away from something...are you okay? Are you safe?" 

Xylo saw how the woman's face reddened, 

"Oh! No no no it's all good. Uh...It's just that I am not used to being outside right now...I'm anxious about being on any cameras,"

Xylo nodded and smiled softly at her,

"I get that, not to worry my friend, I don't go on any sort of social platform anymore. Do you have a place to stay?" 

The blonde immediately blushed even more, 

"I-Is it that obvious?!" 

Xylo burst into a fit of laughter and shook their head, 

"No no, I'm just very good at knowing this sort of thing," 

The blonde smiled at them, 

"I...I've been staying in hotels for a few days now," 

Xylo looked at the person in shock, 

"Woah, not cool! WE CAN BE ROOMIES!" 

The blonde burst into a fit of laughter, 

"Y-You just met me!" 

Xylo smirked proudly, 

"I know a killer when I see one. And you are not a killer," 

"I mean...damn you right," 

The two burst into laughter and Xylo stuck out their hand, 

"So it's a deal? My name is Xylo Sanchez," 

The blonde immediately shook their hand, 

"Avon Sadler, a pleasure to meet you Xylo, it's a deal."
