I am rushing through the halls with my boots tapping on the tile floors as my long chocolate brown locks sway lightly after me and slight sway of my hips as I rush down yet another hall with me, griping a book that I was gifted from my friend Genya who would be wondering on where I am suspecting as much. Finally, I make it to the other Heartrenders as the rumours of the sun summoner have finally been found. It arrives in several minutes with the Darkling for me to spot Genya rushing to her side as I tuck my hair behind my ears while calming my breathing down and have my back straight while looking to the front of me, "I wonder who it is?" I question as we come closer to the throne room with my hair swaying slightly in the breeze while we are beginning to be led by the general with the girl.

"she is quite different to the stories," she whispers as I look in the corner of my eye at her knowing who it is already; that's Genya for you, "you have met her?" I question as she looks at me, smiling softly that looks like a freshwater spring in summer which always makes me happy to be near her, "yes and I think you both will get on", she whispers as I frown at her words, not understanding them truly, "and how would I get along with her, Genya?" I hiss out a question while she reaches over to pat me on the shoulder, bending in closer to my ear as we stop in front of the throne room, "because of the short temper," she tells me with a hint of mischief in her voice which has me to send her a glare at her.

Still, before I can form a sentence at the words, we enter the throne room and walk down the steps. I keep my eyes forward now. While I was standing watch as the Darkling and the girl stepped forward as I watched them in wonder, not seeing her face but the feeling around her. I knew that feeling, which was impossible; I left it in my past. The king whispered something to his rat man that I do not enjoy speaking with. The girl then removes her veil and hat for me to tilt my head. While watching her, I can not really see her from here. Still, her hair looks familiar, "I thought she would be taller." the king comments as I look at him at why she would be taller. She is a good height, "I thought she was Shu. Well, I guess she's Shu enough." the Queen comments as I grip my hand into a fist to control my anger. I am part Shu, but I do not dwell on that; I look to the future because all that is in the past.

Our Queen then turns to one of her lady maids as I stand there watching the royal family with the rest of the Grisha, who are like family to me, "Tell her....Oh, I don't know...good morning." our Queen tells the servant as the Darkling is looking to the girl. Still, before the servant can utter a word, the sun summoner speaks up on the matter about her being Shu, "I don't actally speak Shu, your Highness." the girl then points out as I look to her she is quite different to the tales in the books I have read, "Then what are you?" the Queen then asks as I wonder about that as well I am hoping not a sun summoner because I know only two in my life.

The girl then looks behind us, Grisha, as the blood runs from my face. I know those features and those eyes can't be, but I remain standing with a stoic face. I think she can't be who I am thinking about: "She is Alina Starkov...the sun summoner, moya tsaritsa." I heard the Darkling declare to the king as Alina looked at him. I have a slight glare coming slowly onto my features, not liking the dark summoner. He gives me a feeling I can not understand, but it is unclear. The other knowledge about Alina being here makes me go rigid at the girl I was trying to protect, "Calm down the look Adelina", Genya whispers to me as I give her a look on, noting my mood towards the Darkling. Still, I am also in shock because Alina is here, which I am hiding under my hatred for the Darkling.

"he gives me an off feeling," I tell her as she looks at me while elbowing me to stop, which has a glare come to my features. Then, "Stop, he will hear you", she mumbles to me as I shrug my shoulders on that, knowing he would ignore us when he has that girl in front of him. That is the way he is, but the blood runs from my face on the girl being someone I know, "Alina", I whisper out as Genya looks at me and then at the girl with furrowed brows on what has got me sick to the stomach, "what is the matter?" she asks as I look at her with me gulping in trying to control my emotions not wishing to give anything away, "I will be leaving I am feeling unwell" I whisper to Genya. Still, before she can say anything to me, I slip away out of the throne room so people do not notice me.
