3rd Person's pov
"Congratulations! It's a boy!" The doctor said as he checked upon the baby. The room filled with claps and cheers. Inko rested her head in the pillow and breathed in, she needed to breathe after a long session of pushing.
The baby silently cried as the lights and coldness hit his body. He was confused and that made him scared because of the new world he was in. One of the nurses took and wrapped a towel around the baby, calming him a little. "I shall record his health so that I can print it into a certificate, please excuse me..." The doctor said and walked out of the room. Now that it's quiet, Inko closed her eyes again and fell into a deep slumber.
On the other hand, Mitsuki also gave birth to a son. Masaru cried in joy as his wife just gave birth to a healthy boy. The baby cried so loud it almost broke his mom's eardrums.
The nurse tried to calm the baby down but it failed miserably. The mother sighs and takes the baby, feeding him with milk. After a while, the baby started to get hazy.
The nurse took him again, "I need him for his birth certificate, please wait until I come back here..." She said and went out to give the two parents some time with each other. Masaru wiped his tears away and put his hand on his wife's head, gently petting it.
"I'm so proud of you." He said. Mitsuki just smiled and went to sleep.

2 years later, both parents knew each other and became friends. Their sons also gained friendship with one another...
It turns out that Izuku became the kindest kid Inko ever encountered. Because of his great hospitality, the town loved him with care. His warmest smile makes everyone brim with joy. On the other hand, Mitsuki's son, Katsuki, is the most overprotective kid in the world. He would overreact when Izuku got a scratch or even a simple wound. He is the loudest person in the house when he found out his dad accidentally broke the vase. It's either funny or appreciative.
But a problem was shown after their 5th birthday.
The two best friends suddenly coughed with blood, giving great worry to their parents. They were immediately sent to the hospital. After checking, the doctors were confused as they did not show any possible sickness at all.
"I'm sorry Mrs. Inko, Mrs. Mitsuki. You can check with other doctors if you want..." The doctor said before calling in the next patient the two mothers did nothing but nodded. They don't know where to look next, he was the most trustworthy doctor they knew. Until Inko remembered something,
"My parents always tell me a story of a family with a cursed condition. Their health is almost impossible to figure out. What if our sons are in that state right now?" She shakily said and looked down. Mitsuki almost choked at those words, she once knew a witch doctor.
"Hey, I know a witch doctor in the middle of the forest. Maybe she can help us out." She explained, trying to cheer her friend up. Inko smiled and nodded. They started wandering the woods, hoping they could see the witch...
With luck, they have found a Witch doctor in the middle of the forest. The witch is surprisingly generous and gives them an appointment by sunset. The two mothers waited several hours to get to sunset. Izuku began to worry about their condition.
"What kind of unfortunate events did bring us, Kacchan?" He asked silently, he may be just a 5-year-old kid but don't lack smarts. "Who knows, the Gods must've hated us..." He didn't want to be rude but this is the only thought he was thinking right now. Katsuki was dead serious and worried as they coughed out with real blood on their hands...
Izuku frowned as he heard his friend's words. It's impossible for the Gods to hate them, they didn't do anything wrong. They waited in silence once more. Waiting patiently for their parents to show up. Until both got home,

"Let's see what these boys have gotten into," the witch said as she gently wiped some wet substance on the boy's foreheads. The two were confused of what's happening, but they felt a little light headed. After some few minutes, the witch finally stopped her actions and stared at the boys with no emotion at all. This made the whole room quite uncomfortable...
"Sad to say this but, they are cursed..."
