looks : katsumi stands at just barely 5'6, a height she finds herself rather proud of. her eyes are an electric yellow color as well, with a faint shade of orange. her skin is a fairly tan color as well, with freckles on her shoulders. her attire generally consists of a basic outfit of t-shirt and jeans, usually a blue colored one along with black colored torn jeans. as for accessories, she often times wears a yellow bandana around her neck, something she often times comments on how it "compliments her eyes," the remark a joking one.
personality : Katsumi is rather laid back about things, being someone to only take things seriously in the heat of battle or if she were to get into a fight with anyone- verbal or physical. she's friendly to most people, even if that isn't a returned gesture by the particular people. she is, however, rather aloof and air headed, at times zoning out whilst she should be paying attention.
powers : electricity; whilst she can discharge shocks and such however, she can only do so with physical contact to the person and/or object. not to mention, she has the self destructive drawback of burning her hands of used too often in a short time frame.

friends : her closest friend is Denki Kaminari, something that had originally stemmed from the similarities of their quirks. though, she is friends with Tenya Ida as well, generally finding his nature to be rather amusing — not to mention the fact that he does everything with a good heart. enemies : the only real people she would consider as 'enemies' are the villains that exist in the world, with the things they do— /especially/ the league, with all they've done thus far.
Weaknesses: Her key weakness in terms of her quirk would be just how short of a use it has. Whilst she most certainly could use it for extended periods of time, the drawback would be much too painful, leaving the excessive exertion of her quirk to be left as a last resort. Along with this, she's often too quick to jump into things, acting first rather than thinking. She's impulsive at that, not to mention quite naive as to how things can work at times.
