3 months have passed by. It is finally summer break!

"Hey Ishaan" i said as I walked into his room

He looked up to me from phone and and replied "What do you want"

"Nothing really. Just wanted to know if you wanted to have some chicken"

"There's chicken?"

"Well not yet. You're gonna get it for us."

"How?"

"You're gonna go up to dad and ask for KFC"

"Get Anya to do your dirty work"

"You're his favourite" y/n replied as she sat down on Ishaan's bed.

"Just go away. I'm busy"

Y/n sees Ishaan trying to hide his phone.

"You're texting someone!"

"I said go away!"

Y/n tries to reach over for his phone while Ishaan tries to pull it away. Y/n successfully snatches his phone and starts reading the conversation.

"Wow you're bad at flirting" y/n say as she gets away from Ishaan who is trying to get his phone back.

"Stop it!"

"She's too cute for you"

"For your information she likes me"

"Really? You?"

"Yeah, me"

Y/n pauses.

"Would you be open to a trade?"

"Do I get my phone back in this trade?"

"Hang on. If I teach you how to talk to a girl, will you ask Dad for KFC?"

"Yeah sure, give me ny phone back first!"

"No no, ask Dad first"

"Fine! I hate you so much."

"Right back at you, you dick!" Y/n shouts as he walks downstairs.

Y/n walks downstairs and stays at the end of the staircase after a couple of minutes to find her father ordering dinner.

Ishaan looks back at y/n. He runs back up stairs and grabs his phone from y/n on his way.

Y/n was just about to go upstairs when her father called her into the kitchen.

"Hello dad, what did you want?"

"Have you been saving the money from your job?"

"Yeah," y/n asked suspiciously, "Why is everything ok?"

"Yes everything is fine. Your mother and I were just planning a family vacation"

"Wow. Why are you telling me?"

"Raj and Ishaan would have told you and Anya and we need help planning it"

"Oh ok. What do you need?"

"Book flights and hotel rooms"

"Dad I taught that when you went to Chennai last year!"

"That was last year. I don't remember anymore."

"Fine. Where are we going?"

"We were thinking abroad this time. Greece, Paris, US, UK, who knows?"

Y/no's heart stopped at UK.

"Oh wow. Lots of options."

"Your mother and I were thinking Paris."

Dam.

"Paris? I don't know."

"Why not? It's a beautiful city"

"Uh... the people are very rude..."

"There's other options to look at. Think about it and tell me."

"Yeah, will do"

*time skip*

Y/n sits down on her bed after eating dinner with her family. She opens Instagram to see Tommy's Instagram stories promoting his Spotify playlist. Y/n had already listened to it. She wasn't really a fan of the music, but she listened to it anyway because she kept thinking about him the whole time. She had never felt this way before, it was scary and exciting at the same time. Like opening a mystery box. Scared because maybe she wouldn't like the items inside and it would be a waste of money but excited because it could be something she really likes. Her father interrupted her thoughts and came in.

"Hello papa"

"Hello y/n, have you decided where we should go?" He replied as he sat himself down on the bed.

"Well, I was thinking UK... it'll be snowing. We can see the Queen and the Big Ben. And we can ride the Double Decker buses!" 

"That sounds fun. We will go to London."

"Yeah! We can get a travel agent. They do all the boring stuff like the booking and choosing where to go. We'll just pack our bags and go to the airport for an adventure!"

"Where will we get a travel agent? Are they in the Internet?"

"Papa it's on the Internet not in. But yes, I can find some for us."

"Ok. Do it tomorrow.It's almost 11:30! Go to sleep. Good night."

"Good night"

As y/n tucked herself into bed and turned off the lights, she felt so happy. It felt like her heart was gonna jump out of her chest. She couldn't tell Raj or Ishaan or Anya and she had no friends. But she was too excited to be sad about that. She was going to meet Tommy!
