"Hey what is that green light?" A few civilians said looking at the distance of the city. "Oh my god it's a dinosaur!!!!" A lot of the civilians yelled while running away.

Izuku POV
"Heh a lot of quirkless people believed and summoned me back well their wish is my command!" He said with glowing green eyes. "Everyone who is quirkless teleport to me!" Izuku yelled in all the quirkless's minds even the children teleported.

3rd POV
They look at the creature they summoned and they were surprised they thought it would be a Jaguar or a bear but they were happy they got a guardian to care for them. They bowed to the being calling him their god. Izuku was now powerful enough to go in his first Dino form

"Hehe this is my gift for you" Izuku said with glee. He gave the quirkless the raptor's gift. "Now my children let show them the true power of the past" Izuku yelled while everyone else cheered but they know who not to attack..the harem.

LET THE ATTACK BEGIN
The Present
"Dinosaurs!" Every citizen in the area heard and started to run away only to be cornered by the raptors.

"Raptors!" A guy yelled out. A hero came and said "there you are villain you are going to justice!" A fake hero yelled out. "Oh really? Ha I'm a being as old as the age of dinosaurs I know all your darkest secrets like the people you abused,raped and killed."The raptors said in telepathy. The citizens were in shock that 1 is that they are that old and know their darkest secrets and the 2 that a hero did that to people, they were outraged. "FAKE HERO,MONSTER,VILLAIN." The citizens yelled but the raptors weren't done yet. "Now you know but what you've done to quirkless people is worse but they were saved but not by hero's or villains but a god and we will get our revenge." The raptors said telepathy with rage. The citizens were confused until a kid with a intelligence quirked said something that made a lot of people eyes widen with fear. "Are you the people who went missing are you the quirkless?" The kid asked in curiosity. "Well you were right our god is coming child and there will be no one to stop him to bring peace and order. The quirks are just an infection taking over till the pures are gone." The raptors or should I say quirkless people said with joy and glee. Then the people started to become cocky "really a quirkless person believing in a god that is so hilarious hahaha!!" The people started laughing with him until..

"ROAARR!!!!!!" The people frozen from fear from where that sound came from until "ah yes he has come the phantosaur

The creature has arises in the ground it was a big Dino symbol but it was glowing green. "I will give you some hope he is not in full power but once he is no being will stop him until now he can be beaten but will take so many hero's in the world to fight him but we won't let you" The raptors said in unison but with glowing eyes scaring the people. The ground is shaking and and they hear the roar but it's sounds closer ROARRRRR!

"He has awoken we must obey his every command and steal his mates to give to him for the cycle to start over the reproduction stage good luck by the way he has abilities not quirks so he is unstoppable and he can reproduce anyone boys,girls non-binarys so good luck. The raptors said with sadness for the god's mates because they know what happens next they won't be able to move for a few weeks. 😏

"Now go our master cause the destruction of the quirks and we will find your mates and you can do the deed."The raptors said in unison.

3rd POV
The destruction of the city was so large that it puts all for one in shame.
The hero's did all they could to have defeat this god but some died and his skin was changing color to red the other hero's thought he was weakening but then he grew larger and the temperature around him rises to dangerous levels and fire starts coming out of him and turns into the ultimate form

The city was turned to flames everyone was dying the tv said that "EVERYONE HEAD TO UA FOR PROTECTION AGAINST THESE CREATURES" the reporter said the rampage is over now
