"Does this mean he's getting better?" Eddie turned his head to meet with Venoms which was sticking out from behind his shoulder. Sighing softly he held the boy closer, the very one that was gently snoring. He didn't want to reply to Venom's question as he would be admitting to something he didn't want too. Something he has been ignoring for awhile now.

The boy was no better then he was the previous day. Sure he was now talking and communicating with those around him better,. But how long was that going to last? How long until the boy was too be reminded of his past? How long until he slipped back into his old habits? He needed a therapist though Eddie wasn't capable of providing such a thing. He didn't have that much money. The state of the place they're currently living at pointed it out every day.

Peter wasn't going to get better, Peter wasn't safe here. Peter wasn't going to be happy here. Eddie hated to admit to something so awful, though it was the truth. Peter couldn't be helped if he stayed here any longer. He just couldn't.

"I think... We need to call Tony."

You're telling me a raccoon took your arm? The man smirked softly at the boys remark to the story he had just told him. He heard the boy let lose a straggled laugh when he was explaining it, clearly glad that he was able to make the younger of the two do such a thing.

Yep, damn rodent got his lacky to take my arm. Wish you were there to see it, I think you'd get along with them well. Bucky replied to the boy, smiling softly as he thought back to the boys soft laugh, he also imagined the boy smiling, just like he was.

He was more then thrilled that he was able to ease the fear and pain from the boys mind, more then glad he was able to help the younger kid. He personally knew that without the kid, he wouldn't have something to fight for, to keep fighting for.

Do you There was a pause after the boys gentle tapping, like he was deep in thought and was unsure on what to say or how to put it. Bucky felt his smile fading as he remembered the chains that were strapped around his wrist and ankles, how he was strapped against the warm wall that was also the wall the boy was behind. Bucky didn't understand why the boys room was so warm though he did keep in mind that the boy seemed less lively when ever there was a shift in temperature. It was like they were keeping him from getting use to it.
