Third Person Pov~
"You know, there's a human child with frost giant genes roaming the earth as we speak. I wonder where he came from."

Loki woke with a start, his breathing heavy and jagged, body trembling ever so slightly as he stared blankly towards the ceiling. Eyes clouded with black staticky splotches as well as the stray tear that dared form in the God's eyes. Too exhausted to move, Loki stayed in the uncomfortable position he woke in. Listening to the eerie beeping noise coming from his left, he couldn't help but slowly blink a few times. The simple action having been just as tiring as breathing.

"Ah, finally awake?!" A voice called softly from his side, though just like before Loki took no effort to figure out who it was or where he had awoken in. Too exhausted, both physically and mentally, Loki allowed his eyes to flutter shut. The crusted over skin having felt unpleasant as he did so.

"Son?! He is no son of mine! A man can not conceive!" Odin shouted, voice as loud and rough as ever. Lady Loki could only stand beside her mother, her piercing gaze matching with Odin's.

Loki's eyes flickered open once more, his breathing jagged yet again. His sore and tired eyes shifted, glancing around the white ceiling before him all whilst his hand weakly shifted up towards his chest.

It was only recently had the night terrors taken a turn for the worse. He was now reliving his time before the kidnapping, before his assumed to be death. He remembered the awful events that took place, remembered what it was like living under Odin's roof.

"Daughter! She is our child rather you like it or not!" Barked a voice from beside the mistress, Loki. It was once again Frigga, defending her daughter. She didn't care that her child was gender fluid, didn't care that he or she preferred one body to another. All she cared for was the happiness of her child. Besides, she was glad to have both a son and daughter who shared a talent such as her own. "This is our daughter your poorly speaking of! I approve of her choices, I do believe she's ready for this too! Sure it won't be easy, but you should know how rewarding it is to have a child of your own!"

"Mum." Loki mumbled out, his eyes softening from their once pained stare. He had nearly forgotten about how hard she was fighting for him. How she tried her best, her hardest to achieve something they both knew was never to come.

She never cared that Loki felt more comfortable in one skin rather then another. She never once misgendered him purposely. On the days she'd accidentally misgender him, she'd always rush to apologize. Something most hadn't done. If anyone.

"Hate to break it to you, but I'm far from that." A voice called from beside the God, causing him to flinch. It was quiet a small one, one that couldn't fully be set in play as the man was too tired to move his achy body. Loki couldn't help but stare towards the larger build of a man, a man who was baring brown curly hair as well as large circular glasses. Unknown to his name, Loki cautiously shuffled back despite his trembling appendages. "B-Bruce Banner, sorry that wasn't that funny of a joke. Uh, Frigga couldn't stay long, something about Asgard? Um I'm not too sure, anyways, names Bruce! Oh shoot, I already said that."

The larger man called with a pained chuckle, clearly embarrassed. His stuttering as well as rambling came from his 'minor' case of social anxiety, that and the fact that the last time he and Loki had a run in, he ended up throwing him every which way like a blindfolded kid swinging a bat to hit a penyata. Bruce didn't know where to start when it came to apologizing to the God, so he decided to wait. See if the black haired man knew who he was, and if so, then he'd share his apologies.
