Please Lisa come back to me.

It has officially been one year since the love of my life, Lisa Manoban, disappeared. I don't know where she is and I don't know why she left, but i hope that she is okay.

Even now, I can still remember that fateful day when my world came crashing down.

- Flashback -

I got a promotion at work today, and I can't wait to tell my girlfriend Lisa about it. She knows how much I have been wanting this, and she will be so happy for me.

I plan on taking her out to dinner tonight to celebrate. I hope that this dinner will cheer her up because lately she has been acting weird.

I pull up to the house, park my car, and walk into the front door. I immediately see Lisa sitting on the couch, watching a documentary called: Blackpink: Light Up The Sky.

I sneak up behind her and say, "I got the promotion."

Lisa instantly jumps up and yells, "Wait, really?!"

I nod my head while laughing.

Lisa jumps across the couch and right into my arms. She then kisses me with all her might and says, "I knew you could do it, I'm so proud of you."

"And that's not even the best part, I even got us reservations at Snowdrop so we could celebrate."

Lisa kisses me again but this time it's full of passion.

We both go upstairs to get ready for our date. Unsurprisingly, I am ready first because Lisa always takes her time with getting ready. And I'm glad she does because my jaw drops when I see her walking down the steps.

"You ready to go?"

"Uh yeah."

As we are walking to the car, I look behind me to see that Lisa was looking sadly at our house.

"Lisa you okay?"

"Yeah I'm fine."

- Timeskip To The Restaurant -

Once we got to the restaurant we were in awe. The decoration was so beautiful and romantic. I can't believe that we didn't come to this place sooner.

I could tell that something was wrong with Lisa, but I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to pry. I'm not going to pressure her into talking to me, she will talk to me when she's ready.

We spent the remainder of our time at the restaurant just enjoying each other's company. We laughed, flirted, reminisced on old memories, and we ate a lot of food.

I didn't think that the night could get any better. Well safe to say I was wrong because once we got home, we spent the rest of the night making love to each other.

I feel asleep that night feeling like the luckiest woman in the world. Unbeknownst to me, that night would be the last time that I ever say Lisa again.

- Present -

I woke up the next morning to see that Lisa wasn't there. I checked downstairs, she wasn't there either. I checked in the garage, her car wasn't there either.

I didn't think anything of it because I thought she just went out to get groceries or something.

I waited all day, but she never came home. I tried calling her cellphone only to see that she left it at home.

I waited but she never came back. Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months, and those months turned into a whole year. I will never understand why she left me, or why she didn't even leave a note.

I dream of her coming home every night, and it hurts in the morning when I realize that it's just a dream. I try and try to get over her, but no one will be able to replace Lisa.

Please Lisa come back to me.
