You can do it no matter if you joined A.S.S. or the Anime Cartel. Throughout the game you are able to find many SMG4 eastereggs. Each mission will have some of them. In the mission „Final Hours" there will be only one. If you find it and it happens to be the last one from what you need to collect this happenes:
The player grabs the thing and sees an open clipboard behind it. He reaches into it and finds a keycard to the secret sector. He then continues to fight with the Anime Cartel members
Objective: Fight your way through Sector 3
You make it to the end of the hallway and you're the last one alive from your group. But you can't go back. The stakes are too high. You see plan of the base. Hallway on the left leads to the prison block and Sectors 1&2. Hallway on the right leads to the ink pumps and Sectors 4&5. Hallway in the middle leads to Ink Zuccer 3000.
Objective: Fight your way to the Ink Zuccer 3000/Prison
Speaker: Multiple intruders detected. Emergency Security System Online.
The system makes all doors between the sectors close. On your right you see a vent that leads to the security room but on your left there is an armored door to the „secret sector". You can choose to go in the vent and get the True or Bad Ending or use the keycard to enter the „secret sector". You enter it and see the arrow pointing a direction to the Command Center
Objective: Fight your way to the Command Center
You open the door to the command that is guarded by 2 A.C. members and 1 anime character. You kill them. There's some weird computers, buttons and stuff. One of the buttons has the "Open all door in the base" option. The player presses it in case there might still be some A.S.S. agents on the surface trying to get in. Above the computers there's a huge window looking over the Ink Zuccer Room. The player hears noises from that room so he looks through the window and sees Meggy inside the machine and SMG4 crew hitting the Sepiroth. He also sees Francis on the side of the room drawing something using Inkweaver. Francis creates another Sepiroth and points at Desti. Sepiroth pulls out his sword while approaching her. The player looks at the anime character he killed and takes his scoped SCAR-20 rifle
Desti: Pfft, that was too easy- Suddenly hears a loud shot behind her
Desti quickly turns around and sees Sepiroth standing still and holding his katana before collapsing on the floor with a bullet in his head. She and the rest of the crew look up and notices a shattered window and the player holding a rifle and waving to them
Desti (to Francis): YOU JUST TRIED TO STAB ME FROM BEHIND!
Francis: CRAP! If only that guy didn't stop me! Whatever! Draws something again and spawns 100 Sepiroths If 1 Sepiroth wasn't enough... Then how about... 100 SEPIROTHS!!!
Sepiroths start attacking the SMG4 crew. Some of them even head up to the Command Center to get you. The player tries to shoot them but they're too agile. He looks at the other side of the Command Center and sees „Emergency Elevator To the Surface". He outrun Sepiroths and gets inside. When he comes out he's on the Surface and sees an airfield connected to the base, few hangars with jets (some of them starting up) and other buildings. There are also MK Military fighterjets flying above the island and doing airstrikes. The player notices a very VERY LARGE group of Anime Cartel members and anime characters going towards him. You have no choice but to fight for your life
Objective: Survive 10 minutes (Boss Fight)
(As the fight goes on you can notice Shaggy and Goku flying out of the base and fighting causing explosions and chaos in the background)
The player is getting cornered by enemies. Suddenly a huge wave of energy comes from the hole Shaggy and Goku made when fighting. Then he is grabbed by Shaggy and in a split second he finds himself on a ship everyone arrived on an Island. SMG4 crew is aslo there.
Luigi: Oh! Thank Shaggy!!!
SMG4: Wait...what about the other inklings?!
Shaggy immidiately flies back and rescues the inklings
Mario: WAIT, WHERE'S MEGGY?!
Everyone realise she's not here
Axol: SHAGGY!
Shaggy immidiately flies back again and the entire island explodes. Everyone look at it horryfied
Tari: ...M-Meggy...
Saiko: We came all this way and we still couldn't...
Axol: I'm...so sorry guys.
Desti: No, I'm sorry...I could've do better to save her...It should've been me!
Suddenly Shaggy appeares holding someone
Mario: Huh?...Who the hell is that?
Luigi: Well it kinda looks like...
Tari: WHAT!?
Desti: HOW?!
Shaggy puts Meggy on the ground... but she doesn't look the same
Meggy: Oh man....my head...Guys!? What happened? Did we kick Franci's ass?!
Everyone look at her stunned
Meggy: What are you guys staring at?...
Desti: Uh...Meggy... You're...uhh...
Mario: You don't look too good, Mr. Meggy.
Meggy looks at herself
Meggy: WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?! Faints
Credits show up with SMG4 theme playing
Post credit cutscene shows the player resting in his house few days later. Someone rings the doorbell. He goes to open the door and sees Desti and Axol
Desti: Hey...You're probably wondering how did we know where you live. I asked SMG4 and he gave us your adress from the A.S.S. database/ASS's Most Wanted list. We just wanted to say...thank you. You saved my life back on the Island.
Axol: You also tried to save me from these maniacs when they were kidnapping me. I really appreciate that. So we thought we'll give you some reward for what you've done for us
Axol gives him the newest part of Nova Explorers with his autograph
Desti: (to Axol) Not bad but that's not even close to what I got for him. (to player) SMG4 also told me that you had a car accident recently. What do you think of that? And don't worry. I make a lot of money on Splatfest battles so I won't be broke after this.
Desti's teammates drive up in a cool sports car that looks like the one player had earlier. The player is so happy that he hugs Desti
Desti: We're glad you like it.
Axol: Well we need to go. SMG4 and the Red Tomato are throwing a party at the castle.
Desti: Wanna come with us?
The player nods and follows them
