Personalities: William's personality was that he was a rather well rounded kid but was a tad fearful due to what environment he was growing up in. William's personality during the time coraline meets him has drastically changed from his old one. Now he's quite cunning, charismatic, eccentric, psychological, creepy, and dark. The reason for this is because he has gone just a little insane due to all that time in a blank void and the beldam has done something to him. However the little rationality he has left he use to hatch a plan escape the other world and is willing to do whatever it takes to complete his goal. That's kinda his motivation for him "helping" coraline if you could call it that.

Abilities:

Magic spells: due to his mother have magic he also has the power to do so as well. However since there's not alot magic due to the beldam usually using the magic on constructing the environment. Here are the spells he can do spells include weak fire balls, lightning, Teleportation, tentacles, levitation, air push, and finally construction and deconstruction.

She actually have some of these abilities but has abandoned them, like her old humanity.
