"Trey." I had said. "What's up?" He had asked. "When can we we sleep?" I asked Trey. "Are you tired already?" He had asked me. "A little." I replied. "Okay." Trey replied. Trey then started gathering wood.
"What are you doing?" I asked. "Building a fire to keep us warm." He replied. Trey built the fire... even though it took him an hour, but atleast it was done. He Sat down and leaned up against a tree. "Can I ask you something?"
Trey asked. "Sure." I replied. "Do you think I'm fit to be alpha?" He asked. "What makes you think you wouldn't be?" I asked him. "I just feel like I don't do anything right. Especially when it comes to taking care of my pack." He replied. "Trey. You couldn't be a better alpha." I said to him.
He looked into my eyes and asked,"do you really think so?"
"Of course I do. You're funny, strong, kind, understanding, you are everything an alpha needs to be." I said to him.
Trey looked at me and then back at the fire and said,"you're not too bad yourself." I looked at him for a minute. "What do you mean by that?" I asked. "Well, you're beautiful, funny, kind, open minded, Intelligent, resourceful, quick on your feet, and you have a heart of gold." He had replied. "You really feel that way of me?" I asked. "You have no idea how I feel about you." Trey said.
It got quiet after that. In that moment, I had realized that he's the perfect guy. He then looked at me and I looked at him. Our eyes gazed into each others. That second he leaned in. My heart was pounding so hard that it wouldn't stay in my chest. And in that second, his lips touched mine. We kissed. He put his arm around me as I cuddled up to him and rested my head on his shoulder. I was slowing falling asleep.
Morning finally came but the sun was slowly rising. I slowly woke up to hear Trey. "Goodmorning." He had said. "Hey. You're up. Goodmorning." I had said. He bent down and kissed me on the forehead. "I guess we're together now huh?" I asked. "I guess so." He replied. I know it's sounds bad, but my heart filled with joy when I heard him say that.
