In taekwondo when you become a 6th degree (IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET TO) you get the title Master. 7th degree is Senior master, 8th is Grand Master and 9th is senior grand master.
Just to give everybody a idea, in my TKD you test locally until you reach 3rd degree level 4. Then you have to be 16 to get to 4th degree and test in front to Masters. That means testing in front of a 6th degree level 4.
