Bökh is a Mongolian martial art and is better known as just Mongolian wrestling. Bökh mean durability and was used as a military sport. Cave painting that were made around the Neothoplic age 7000 BC decipts naked men surrounded by crowds of people possibly showing people doing Bökh, but back then it was probably not called that.
