I can't get in the garage, did you change the codes?
Christian
Yes, sorry Elizabeth and I ended things last night. I didn't tell her I knew Elizabeth is at Elliotts at this point. I want to see if she rats on them or not. I give her the codes and unlock the elevator to allow them entry into the penthouse. I watch as they haul their laundry into my apartment.
Tia
Where's Gail we need these cleaned?
Mia
Where is Taylor so he can help carry it into the laundry room.
Christian
Oh I can show you the washing machine and dryer and you can wash it yourselves.
Tia
What? We don't know how to wash clothes.
Mia
We have never washed clothes.
Christian
From what I understand they have tags saying what to do washing or dry cleaning. Plus the laundry detergent gives instructions as well. Pick up your laundry you are going to learn how to wash the clothes now.
Tia
They are heavy, help us Christian.

I am helping you by allowing to to wash your clothing here. It's expensive to go to the laundromat. Now ladies you carried those to your cars and then up her from your car. Carrying them to the laundry room isn't going to hurt you. I walk toward the laundry room grinning knowing it is all being recorded.
We finally get a load going and they separate the dry clean only into piles. Then the hand wash only. I show them the sinks to wash their delicates in and tell them they are on their own.
Two hours later they beg for help.

Christian please help us we can't figure out how to use the dryer.

Are you sure you graduated college? I head in and the room is a mess they have their delicates hanging up above the sinks. I check the dryer and then show them how to turn the dryer on. I give them instructions and tell them to clean the room up. I hand them the mop and bucket. Now I am hungry, so you two try to get everything ready for the dry cleaners. They are closed by now, so you need to find a place by Elliotts to take those clothes to. Dry cleaning is not cheap. So you will probably need to access your on accounts. Thought I didn't know about those right. All of us know you got credit cards. You have to pay those, we aren't going to. I recommend getting jobs and then get your dry cleaning done. I head to the kitchen and heat my dinner up. Tia and Mia asks where there's was at? I tell them the food is in there to heat up. I head to my office with a bottle of water and my food. Now let's see what they do.

Christian is in phase two if making Tia and Mia more self sufficient. I ask what that means and he explains how they are learning about laundry and now the microwave. I laugh, because he heats up what Gail cooks for him. Laundry he had to learn to do in college. Are you recording all of it?

Of course I am for family get togethers. We can call it the bloopers. She laughs and ask if they are okay? I tell her they are getting a good workout. But they look okay, just frustrated at not having staff at their beck and call. My washer and dryer might need replacing after this. They learned to use a mop and hand wash their delicates. You know I am not going to do even look at those.

I told them we all know. I told them dry cleaning is expensive so they might want to get a job to pay for their dry cleaning.

That's too funny. We pay over three hundred on our dr cleaning alone. Wow we are saving over 700.00 a month. Oh wow just think how much money you and Elliott are going to save. I heard that you and Elizabeth ended things.

Yes she wanted more than I wanted to give anyone yet. I know she's at Elliotts now.

Damn sorry mom, yes we did. Now she's there with Elliott. I don't know what to tell you mom , dad. A knock comes at the door. Mom, dad hold on please. Come in.

Uh we don't know how to wash dishes.

Mom, dad I need to help Tia and Mia learn to do dishes. They laugh and say goodbye.

Wow what a mess you made. Well let's first get the plates scraped and the trash cleaned up. Go get the mop and the bucket to mop the floor in here. Okay the trash bags are in the cabinet below the sink. She follows my instructions and Tia comes back with the mop.
An hour later the kitchen is sort of cleaned up. As well as we could. They go back to doing their laundry. They pack things up and take things down to their car.
Meanwhile back at Elliotts

Elizabeth I think you know nothing is going to happen between you and I ever. I expected that you might try this angle, but you really deserve much better than being a friends with benefits kind of person and I think Christian even knew that as well. I called a good friend who is crazy about you. He is on his way over to chat with you about going on an actual date. He is very well off, treat him right and he will treat you like the queen you should be treated like. Don't sell yourself short ever again okay?

I am sorry Elliott I have no place to go, my mom threw me out because Christian broke up with me.
Elliott
Where are your things at now?
Elizabeth
In my car and still at my moms house.
Elliott
Okay let me handle it for you okay? You can stay in one of the guest rooms upstairs. I am off limits, but you knew that the second you walked inside with the pizza. Can you cook, do laundry, clean?
Elizabeth
Of course, I don't sit at home waiting for magic to happen. I have a degree in accounting and business economics. I worked my way through school. I can cook, clean and do laundry if you wish.

Here's what I want from you. We need to make Mia and Tia more independent and you sound like you are. Do you think you can push Mia and Tia around hand get them to do things for themselves? If so you can also work at Grey construction via computer so you can keep an eye on the double trouble twins. No sex involved what so ever. You don't need to do that ever. So do you want to do this or not?

I pull out my phone and show her the job and what it pays and it's at home work for now. Her things are being picked up now. Elizabeth here talk to your mother tell her a friend is letting you move in and you want Sawyer and his guys to get your things and bring them to you now.

I tell mom exactly what Elliott asked me to say. She asks me where and who I am staying with, but I tell her that she doesn't have to worry about where I am now. She lets them go inside and get everything.

I head to my room and have Elizabeth move in an empty guest room upstairs. She gathers her things and thanks me and goes up and takes her things up to her room. She comes back down and cleans up the mess and she is very fast and through. I go help her with her things as my friend shows up. Lou Romano is a young widow and really liked Elizabeth, but Christian beat him to her. I have them go talk while Sawyer and his guys bring in her clothing and Knick knacks from her bedroom at her mothers. She has a small desk and computer things. They take it up and set it all up for her like it was at her moms house.

I am stunned when Elliott called me and told me Elizabeth and Christian have broken up if you are interested here is your shot, I drive like a mad man to arrive at his place. There she is carrying a heavy suitcase. A woman after my own heart. Elliott has us go inside and talk as a truck drives up and starts unloading things from it. All female items.

I reach in my wallet and show her my twin boys. I have a tear in my eye as I tell her their mother died giving birth to them. Jacob and Donald are two years old. I have nannies and mannies depending the situation. I ask her to please go out with me.
Elizabeth
I agree finally to go out with him. He hands me his number and says he wants me to call him and set up a date of my choice. My choice is to meet his children, but it is too early for that. He kisses my cheek and says I am one of the good ones and hope you are too.
