I wake up and I am in the hospital mom and dad are sitting by me and see I am awake. I have been asleep for thirty six hours. I hurt all over. A police officer enters the room and asks me if I feel like telling her what happened. I definitely want Tim behind bars. He did this to me and raped me. He dragged me outside where no one could see him beating and raping me. She told me that they did a rape kit because I was unconscious and couldn't give consent. My parents gave it. Tim is in custody, he tried to get into to see me and did. Mom was in the bathroom and heard him threaten to kill me if I reported the rape. She recorded it as a video. She came out and hit the Er gen yesterday call button and had security called and she said they arrested him after seeing his death threat against an unconscious victim.

I would like to kill this scumbag, I saw him slither in and I started recording everything he said and did. When he was about to walk out I jerked the emergency cord in the restroom and asked for security to get my daughters attacker out of her room. They came flying into the room and the cops arrested Tim Davis after seeing the video of him threatening to kill her if she reported the rape.

I can't believe that creep actually thinks he can threaten my daughter. He has no idea who he is dealing with. Tim Davis will not only pay by serving time, he will be paying in civil actions against him. I am an attorney at the Grey law firm and it happened on their sons property. They will back us up completely. Carrick has already told me that I have all his help and Elliott will pay for all the hospital and therapy for Thea. They are all very upset that this happened to her. Grace Grey has came by and asked if we need anything at all. Tim Davis is a trust fund baby who thinks he can do anything he wants and no one will be able to stop him or make him pay for his actions. Not this time. My child is going to get her justice.

I heard they caught Tim Davis in here and arrested him.

He came in thinking no one was here, so I started recording everything he did and said, he threaten to kill Thea if she reported the rape. The police have the recording. But I posted it all over social media and asked for any of his other victims to come forward. Thea is definitely taking this guy down. We have always told her no means no at all points. I am not sure if you know this but this guy had targeted Tia and Mia as well. He changed his mind when he realized they had security at all times. I don't think he would have survived a military trained body guard. He is more into fighting women and ones half his size. Thea hadn't drank a drop of alcohol.

I visited miss Rogers and let her know because she pressed charges against Tim Davis and posted the video that several women have allowed us to include them in the trials against him. There were more that were afraid of him and finally pressed charges. He also is getting charged with witness intimidation. I hand them my card and leave.

I am so sorry I wasn't there Thea, let me know if you need anything at all. I am talking to my insurance company to see if we can get your bills taken care of here. My dad will most likely want to talk to you if you wish he can handle a civil suit against Tim Davis as well. I will be hiring an attorney as well he will work with you and my dad on all civil actions. Tia and Mia would like to apologize as well.

Thank you Mr Grey for coming, I know you weren't there at the time, but understood that you went and made sure no one was anywhere else and that's when you and your mother found Thea. From what I was told she was in an isolated area of your property and could have died.

You have every right to sue me, but would like to settle if possible. But it is your choice. Because I will be suing Tim Davis as well. My sisters will be running errands for your family until you are sick of them. Penance for throwing the party. Anyway expect an attorney on my behalf soon. He is my card with my number.

He is trying to do the right thing and I know Carrick Grey he won't care if he is suing his children or not. If they are liable they are liable. You will need therapy and they will have to treat you for more as time goes on. We are definitely going after Tim Davis and Carrick is going to be a great attorney to have on the case.
Thea
I want Tim to spend a lot of time behind bars and all his victims get justice. I really only want to sue the Davis family and not the Grey's they have always been kind to me. We can just see what happens though. I should be able to leave here in a week, but I have to see the GYN soon.
Carrick
I knock on the door and ask to come in and talk about what they want to do next and make them aware that they can sue or settle with my son and Tim Davis. I will handle both if needed. I can have another attorney in my firm handle the case against Elliott if they would prefer and it will be at no cost to them. Elliott is picking up the costs.
