The Reveal!

Izuku didn't go to the funeral. 

Izuku stared blankly at the metal ceiling above him. 

He knew that Fury was on the other side of the door waiting. 

He sighed and wiped his damp eyes. 

"Come in Fury." Izuku said softly. The door slid open and the one eyed intimidating man stepped in. 

"Midoriya." Fury said. 

"I'm done Fury." Izuku said softly as he sat up. "I'm... I'm not gonna be spiderman anymore. You were right. I'm to young. I'm not good enough to be Spiderman."

Fury looked at Izuku sternly. "Aright." Fury said to Izuku's surprise. "In that case as of now your job at Shield has expired." 

Izuku just nodded, done with it. "I know you expected great things from me. You made the entirety of shield a criminal organization just to protect me. I... I can't live with that." Izuku stood up and walked past Fury. "I can't let Shield be criminals in my place."

Fury just stood as Izuku walked out. 

Izuku looked at the phone in his hands. 

His dad's picture sat as his phone screen. 

"I'm sorry dad." Izuku whispered. "You wouldn't want me to do what I'm going to do." 

He pulled out a device. 

It was a signal hijacking device with a video camera. 

Mei had been curious when he had asked her to build him one. 

She would definitely figure him out and tell everyone but Izuku didn't care. 

They wouldn't believe that the quirkless Izuku was Spiderman. 

Not until he proved it. 

Live. 

In front of all of the heroes.

He gulped shakily as his hands shook. 

He flipped on the and attached it to the oscorp satellite. 

It took a few seconds before all of the lights flipped on.

He pulled out his phone and sighed in relief when he saw himself from the camera's angle. 

He set his phone back in his pocket and looked at the camera. 

"Hello Japan." Izuku said happily. His mask and suit were tightly snug on his body. "Sorry if I'm interrupting any of your scheduled programs or reports... But I have an important announcement." 

Izuku listened to all the video billboards saying the same thing mere seconds after he does. 

"Tomorrow at U.A. I'll be unmasking myself to the world and turning myself in." Izuku said. "Last week's event made me realize... I'm not good enough. I'm not Peter Parker. I'm not like him... I am not Spiderman. And I never will be able to live up to him. I'm sorry but... I've failed this city."

Izuku reached forward and turned the hijacking device off and unplugged it from the Oscorp satellite.

Running he jumped off of the Oscorp building turning invisible. 

Everyone in Aizawa's class looked at the screen in shock before turning towards Izuku's seat. 

"No fucking way." Sero said standing up. "That's not right! I-Izuku can't... But he's quirkless."

"He always did seem to know when I was about to hit him." Tooru mumbled in realization. 

"Tch." Katsuki scoffed and stormed out of the room.
