Karai stood at the Brooklyn Bridge then jumped off and landed right on top of the roof a warehouse. She opens an air vent and sees that there were laser beams as well. She pulls out a device, activating it, sliding it to the lasers. The device deflected the beams away, making a path for Karai. She crawled in the ducts until she saw three guards by a door to a vault.
Karai pulled out a canister and tossed it at the guards. It sprayed knock out gas. The guards coughed, falling to the floor, unconscious. As the gas, dispelled, Karai jumped down from the duct and walked over towards the vault. She placed another device on the door, unlocking it, opening the vault. She pushed it aside and looked inside the vault. Inside, was an object that was protected by an force field.
Karai aimed her ring at the force field and a green laser emitted from it. The force field shattered, revealing a strange chip that it was guarding. Karai smirked and reached out for it. Suddenly, the chip was secured by an mechanism case before she could grab it.
"Red alert, number one security breach detected," an alarm sounded out. "Commencing lockdown procedure, immediately."
Karai gasped as the doors to the vault behind her began to close. She quickly ran towards it and jumped out, just barely, before it closed. She landed on the floor, only to see Bishop and his men behind him, aiming their guns at her.
"Interesting trap," Karai said.
"Actually," Bishop cleared his throat. Two big metal rings appeared below Karai, rising up, encasing her in a force field. Karai pulled out her sword and slashed at it, only for it to be shattered. "This is the trap." Bishop walked up to her and picked up a piece of Karai's katana. "Yet another piece of advance technology salvaged from our alien visitors, cuts through anything...makes your katanas look like a butter knifes."
He tossed the piece at the force field, disintegrating it, while Karai glared at him.
Saki was sitting in his room. He turned around seeing Bishop's face on the screen behind him.
"What is this? Whoever you are, this is a secure channel," he growled.
"Mr. Oroku Saki, my name is Bishop," Bishop said, gesturing over to Karai, revealing her, captured in the force field. "And I believe you know my guest."
"Karai," Saki growled, angrily, glaring at Bishop.
"In exchange for the life of your operative here, I want all the alien technology that you've been collecting," Bishop offered, smirking evilly.
"I have no idea what you're-"
"Please, knowledge is my business, Mr. Saki," Bishop interrupted him, pointing to his head. "And I know all about you." Then points at Saki.
"Believe me, Mr. Bishop, you know nothing about me," Saki smirked, evilly.
"I know that you're a crime lord of some ancient Japanese tradition," Bishop turned around facing his back at Saki. "I know that you've been using your vast ill-gained fortune to finance restoration operations in New York City as a cover to obtain dangerous alien technology," he finished and walked over towards Karai.
"I know you've sent this lovely warrior princess,...your adopted daughter, correct? To steal an alien microchip from the United States Government," Bishop concluded and adjusted his tie. "And I know that if you do not turn over your entire stockpile of alien technology within the next 45 minutes, your feisty family member here is going to be neatly sliced into a super-sized pile of julienne fries." He threatened Saki, looking down at his watch.
"44 minutes and counting." Bishop finished and cuts off the call.
Saki narrowed his eyes.
Hun was shoveling some coal as he throws it into the fire. Stockman was with him in his robotic suit as the two were chained to the floor by long cables.
