The new transfer- Jemily [M]

First day- JJ and Emily POV

EMILY POV: it was my first day at the FBI behavioral analysis unit and I was really nervous. I got ready for work and left my apartment, when I got in the car I called Andrew. ¨ḧey babe, sorry I didn't call you last night I was making sure I had everything set up for my first day at the BAU¨ I said, ¨ do you want to tell me what you were really doing last night emily¨ he was mad and sounded like he was drunk. ¨ Andrew, I was making sure I had all of my transfer papers ready and I was looking into the team trying to get to know something about them before I have to meet them for the first time.¨ I said as my voice got a little louder, I knew exactly where this was going. ¨ shut up you're a whore, I know you had another man there the last night¨" he yelled through the phone. ¨What are you talking about, no one was in my apartment¨ I yelled back. ¨ I don't believe you! I'm booking a flight to Quantico right now I'm gonna come stay for tonight just in case anyone I don't like decides to show up¨ he said. ¨ I have to go I am pulling into work, bye.¨ I said as I hung upon him. I was already stressed about my first day, this made it so much worse.

When I get into the BAU I walked up to hotches office and knocked on the door. He said "Come in" I opened the door and I said, " hello agent Hotchner I'm Emily prentiss, the new transfer." He said " I'm sorry I must have forgotten you started today I got so caught up with paperwork. Let's go introduce you to the team and get you into a desk." when we walked out I saw everyone sitting at their desks. JJ was sitting on Elles desk with Penelope. Everyone looked up at me and hotch. "This is the new transfer SSA Emily Prentiss everyone," everyone said hello, and hotch asked if they could help me get a desk set up. I walked down the steps and Penelope came over and pulled me into a hug welcoming me to the team. out of the corner of my eye, I saw a beautiful blond woman staring at me but when I looked at her she quickly looked away. 

JJ's POV:

when I saw Emily walk out of hotches office she caught my eye, she was beautiful. I was scared to talk to her because I didn't want to say anything stupid. I couldn't keep my eye off her, Penelope ran over to her and gave her a huge hug. I wanna hug her like that, I was still staring I saw her look up at me and I quickly looked away hoping she hadn't noticed that I had been staring. Penelope took Emily by that hand and brought her over to a desk right next to Elle's. " Elle are you ok with Emily using this desk?" Penelope said. "of course she can" Elle replied. I went over to shake Emily's hand and introduce myself. "hey I'm JJ, welcome to the team were excited to have you. 

Emily's POV:

Penelope gasped and then said " oh my gosh Emily we are all having a girl's night at my place tonight, we are probably gonna get super drunk. You should come" Elle said, " yes please come we have a lot of fun." I said I'm sorry girls I wish I could but my boyfriend is coming into town for few days to help me finish unpacking my apartment." they all sighed with a loo of disappointment. "Next time we are gonna make you come, you're a BAU badass now and we never miss girls night," JJ said with a smile on her face she gave me a hug before she pulled away and asked if I wanted a tour of the BAU. I said "yes please"

JJ's POV: 

I was hugging Emily and I got butterflies in my stomach, no JJ stop she is your co-worker now you can't have feelings for her. I asked her if she wanted a tour and she said yes. "ok, let's go" I took her all around the BAU and even showed her where I keep my secret stash of Cheetos in my office. 

Emily's POV: 

It was finally time to go home so I said bye to everyone, I walked into JJs office and said goodbye because she wasn't in the bullpen. As I was walking out I texted Andrew. 

Emily: When you get off the plane take a taxi down to my apartment, the address is 18749 W 182nd Ln building C second floor apartment 18.

when I got home I had grabbed a glass of wine and put on a white hoodie and some black leggings. 

I was sitting on my couch watching a movie when I got a text. i checked it it was from Andrew. 

Andrew: I'm on my way over, there better not be anyone there or i will make you regret it.

Emily: No one is here no one is gonna be here calm down I'm not cheating on you.

Andrew: I know you are, I will figure out who it is.

around 30 minutes later I heard a knock at my door. I got up to open it, Andrew walked in. I could smell the alcohol on his breath he was clearly drunk. 

"Have you been drinking all day? you smell like cheap vodka and puke." I asked as I sat on the couch. "ya I have, now hut up where is he." he replied. " where is who" I asked. "the guy you've been sleeping with you little slut. I can't believe I ever let you transfer. If you could keep your legs closed it wouldn't be a problem." he said. "no one is here, it just me and you" I said. "don't fucking lie to me Emily" he said as he turned around and walked towards me. "I'm not fucking lying" I yelled back at him. he cocked his fist back and punched me in my eye. as I fell to the floor crying he said "Don't you ever speak to me like that ever again" he said. " I need to go to bed I have work tomorrow," I said as I walked into my bedroom. 

The next morning I woke up super early so that I could leave for work before Andrew woke up, I didn't even bother getting ready at m apartment i grabbed all of my stuff and got ready in the bathrooms at the office. Andrew was going home today because he had work.

JJ walked into the bathroom shocked that I was there so early, but she walked in before I could cover the black eye. She looked at me with a concerned look " em what happened last night are you ok, I know we just met but you can come to me for anything." she said. " I- I'm ok JJ thank you." she walked over to me giving me a tight hug I could smell her perfume and my whole body got tingly.

I pulled away and went back to my makeup, I quickly covered my black eye so that no one else would question it.
