Lila looked down on Marinette as she walked to her seat, feeling the daggers of Marinette's eyes.

What is this girl up to. Marinette thought to herself.

Class proceeded as usual, Marinette consistently kept her keen eyes on Lila. She was desperate to know what this girl was up to. But Marinette already knew one thing, Lila was planning to ruin something. But what?

She wouldn't stop thinking of ideas that Lila may have come up with. Tikki kept an eye on her stressed miraculous owner.

"Psst! Marinette." Tikki whispered to Marinette instantly grabbing her attention.

Marinette's eyes widened and looked down telling Tikki to stay hidden.

Tikki listened to Marinette, but before closing the bag, she crossed her two small arms shaking her head. Marinette instantly knew what her Kwami was telling her; to forget about Lila and wait until she speaks.

Marinette smiled at her kind Kwami and returned to doing her work clearing her head of thoughts, focusing on her work.

Once class finished, Marinette stood from her seat and approached Lila who was still sat. The rest of the class walked out pretty quickly, including the teacher so they were alone.

"What do you want." Marinette said wish sass in her voice. She stood, crossed arms and not taking anything that comes from Lila's mouth.

"That's mean Marinette, not even a how are you? I'm good thanks for asking." Lila replied with her hand on her chest, eyebrows arched, trying to seem innocent and upset by Marinette's sarcasm.

"Stop with the bullshit lies and fake personality and answer my question. I have other places I need to be, not wasting my precious time with you." Marinette spoke with sarcasm and just wanted this conversation to be over.

Lila stood from her seat and walked closer to Marinette, making them quite close. Marinette stood back in disgust.

"All I'm going to say is, have fun at the Halloween party my friend! I'll see you there." Lila spoke with a smirk, instantly telling Marinette she was up to something.

"What are you up to Lila? And why did you make up rumours of me and Adrien even though I had feelings for Felix and Adrien doesn't have feelings for me but for someone else." Marinette raised her head demanding an answer.

"Oh no! You got it all wrong Mari, that wasn't me! I'd never do anything like that." She spoke with a high tone, seeming innocent as always.

"Lila, first of all, don't call me Mari. Second, I'm not stupid. If you didn't do it then who did." Marinette bit back, she wasn't going to give up easily.

Lila looked down with her gloomy face and looked back up at Marinette with evil clouding her eyes, a smirk formed on her mouth, sending shivers down Marinette's spine. She wasn't going to show and sign of hesitating.

"Aww, does Marinette finally have a brain? Are you really going to try and figure out my 'plan'. Good luck, you don't even know when it will be put into action! Don't get ahead of yourself Marinette!" Lila spoke with pure confidence; arms crossed emphasising her feeling of being better than Marinette.

"You won't win this, LIE-la. You've given me all the information I need to beat you." A chuckle slipped out as Marinette brushed shoulders with Lila, who stood taking a big gulp. The chill of the wind stroked against Lila's skin sending shivers through her spine. She got a bad feeling.

No. She won't win this, not if I make this plan even better. She thought to herself.

Marinette walked out the room and took a deep breath, collecting her thoughts and emotions. She walked back to her dorm as she didn't have another class until after her meet with Kagami which isn't for another couple of hours.

The coast was clear, no Alya spotted. Tikki flew out of Marinette's purse and sat on the girl's hand.

"Well done Marinette." Tikki smiled at her miraculous owner with sparkles in her eyes. She was truly proud of Marinette for standing up to Lila.

"Thanks Tikki! But I could have done more to get more information." Marinette smiled with a hesitant giggle.

"What do you mean? You said you had enough information?" Tikki replied, confused as to what Marinette was getting at.

"I mean I didn't actually get enough information. I don't have a clue what she's going to do from that! I just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible." Marinette laid back on her bed, Tikki flying over to the pillow beside her, sitting on it as she giggled at her clumsy owner.

"Oh Marinette, do you forget who your best friend is?" Tikki slanted a brow instantly reminding Marinette.

"Alya! She will be able to come up with something! Thanks Tikki. I'll ask her later, for now, I need to start this new assignment before I go and meet Kagami. Then I can ask her to come shopping with us!" Marinette stood, reaching for her laptop and began to work. Tikki sat by her side accompanying Marinette.
