'From what I'm seeing, nothing miss midorya. No quirk factor in his system.'
Izuku looked broken.
'To further that, he has an extra joint in his toe, something that was found missing in people with quirks.'
Inko sighed. The man could stop now. We get it, my son has no quirk, he can't be a hero on his own.
'Thank you doctor.' Inko said with sarcasm laced in her voice. 'I'll take him home now.' the doctor nodded, missing the sarcasm completely. 'Goodbye miss midorya.' Inko forced a "customer service" smile and walked out of the clinic, her visibly upset son in tow.
She then pulled out her phone and proceeded to phone someone, handing Izuku a small candy she found in her pocket. A brief conversation ensued, ending in a 'love you too honey, see you soon' Inko looked at Izuku. "Moving away will be the best for him... he's bullied enough as it is because of his heritage... ever since the school mentioned the slave trade from the 1900s. Why they decided it was a good idea to teach that to 4 year olds heaven knows" she sighed and looked out for her husband's car. Soon a brand new Porsche rolled up, Hisashi in the drivers seat. Inko raised her eyebrow. 'Ok, I get your brother is rich, but really? I thought we said a simple life!' Hisashi scoffed 'your the one who decided that Izuku should meet my brother. Once I told him he said he wouldn't let me in unless I rolled up to to airport in this!' Inko sighed in exasperation. It was then that Izuku looked up, as he had his gaze upon the floor, zoned out eating the lolly pop his mum gave him. 'DADDY!' He cried, before running up to the car window. 'Heya sport!' 'Hi daddy!' 'How are ya?' 'W-well... I wasn't doing too good before... but now your here I'm all better!' He grinned from ear to ear. Hisashi giggled at the antics of his son. 'Hey, you want to meet someone special to daddy?' He asked. Izuku nodded vigorously. 'Well hop in!' He clicked a button and a door popped open, to which Izuku hurried into the car and patiently sat in the booster seat waiting for Inko to buckle him in. Inko smiled, glad that Izuku cheered up, and buckled up the exited toddler, and got in the passenger seat. 'So, home, pack and go?' Hisashi nodded. 'He said not to worry about anything other than an overnight bag, he'll have everything else sent over for us in the next few days' Inko nodded.
When the small family got home Inko looked at her son. 'Pack your bag Izuku! We're going to Africa!'
