Chapter 6- Advice On High School

Rin's POV

Today is the day where you go to prison. Also known as high school. Listening to the teachers teaching us about our lessons today, what homework you have to do, those awful quizzes, and the worst of all...carrying stuffs around. This weekday will make me puke.

It was 6:21 in the morning. Yesterday was awesome. Me, and the team get to kick some thugs, and manage to success easily. Mostly because they are confused, and have no magic.

I made bacon, and eggs. One of my favorite breakfast. It was easy to cook, and I really like to eat rice with it. It's what I do all the time since arriving in Fresno.

Once I'm finished, I decided to visit the group for information, and steps for high school. I also have to wake them, if they are still sleeping, or if they are confused what to do. Knocking the door, Erza was the one who opened. We both greeted each other.

"Are you guys awake?", I asked.

"Yes, we are.", Erza replied.

"Did you guys ate?"

"We did."

"Okay, I have to give you guys some information about school."

"Sure. We were worried that we don't know what to expect once we enter the doors of a high school."

I came in, and noticed that all of them had changed clothing. Gray is now wearing a black v-neck sweater, black vans, and is still wearing black jeans. Lucy is wearing a sky blue sweater, maroon jeans, and teal converse. Natsu is wearing a plain orange t-shirt, blue man jeans, and red converse. I grinned at them, knowing that they look good in their current wear. For me, I'm wearing a pink sleeveless top, a black jacket over it, skinny jeans, and plain black converse. I'm not trying to be stylish or anything.

"What kind of advice are you going to give us, Rin?", Lucy asked, curious.

"Let me ask this first. Did you guys receive your schedule, and locker number with passcode?", I asked, wanting to know if they literally have it.

They all nodded, holding up their yellow paper with all of their periods, and numbers on it. Even Natsu lazily lift his schedule up.

"Okay, here's some advice. Once you guys find your lockers, you will need to use the locker's dial to put your passcode. Then, find your first class before the tardy bell rings. Do that to every class in your schedule, and you cannot be late to every single class, or you'll be in trouble. Do not worry about Period 4, which is lunch, where you eat, and talk with your friends in the cafeteria. Each class is an hour, and passing is 4 minutes, where you have to go to your next class. Finally, we go home at around 3:00 p.m. That's really it.", I explained to them. They didn't say anything, when Erza spoke up.

"Your aunt told me there are different groups that exist in high school. What are they?", she asked, a look of curiousness etched on her face.

"One of them is the Popular Group, where you get liked, and enjoyed by other students. Nerds or Geeks is in a group where students have a high IQ, are highly smart, and likes to play video games all the time. Bookworms are considered to be students who likes, and reads books a lot of times, and is considered to be in the Nerds or Geeks group. Dancers are a group of students that practice dancing, and gets to compete with other schools. They are also part of the Popular Group, although not all of them. A lot of Jocks is part of the Popular Group, some of the Student Gov. Body, and even some of the Drama Club. The Goth Group is where students hate sports, failed some of their classes, wear dark clothing, while the girls wear dark make-up, hangs out in the darkest area of the school, and likes rock or metal music. They are sometimes quiet too. Now, here is the most lamest group ever. The Loners and Shy Group. They shy, and very lonely around school, meaning that they are ignored, and get bullied from the Popular Group. Some shy students are also part of the Nerd Group. That's all of the groups at school.", I said, panting.

"Why is the Popular Group bullying innocent students?", Erza said, a dark aura surrounding her.

"Well, they are mostly vain, snobby mean, drama queens, flirty, and likes to show off their clothes. Remember the three girls we meet on Saturday?", I said.

They all nodded, knowing about the girls' rude attitude to Rin.

"Well, they are part of the Popular Group."

"No wonder why they treat you badly. They shouldn't even be popular.", Gray said, a look of anger on his face.

"I could punch them in the face right now.", Natsu said, a tick mark appearing on his forehead.

"Relax guys, I've dealt them before, and I always ignore them. They just repeat the same stuff over and over.", I calmed the boys, so their rage won't take over.

"We should get going. It's 7:18. I want to go their early so you guys can look around the campus.", I said, checking the wall clock.

We were all going to my car, since we were too lazy to walk. Some students walk to school, mostly because they get up early.

"Rin, let me know when those girls treat you badly again. We are comrades, and we watch out for each other.", I heard Erza say to me.

I smiled at her. Not one single person said that to me.

"Yeah, nakamas stick to each other.", Lucy added.

"We protect too.", Gray and Natsu said at the same time. This time they didn't glare at each other.

"Thank you. My aunt told me once about protecting your comrades, and I've been wondering about it for a long time. Now, I have Kathy, and you guys as my friends, and comrades.", I smiled again, feeling my eyes tear up a bit. My cheeks was a little red from blushing.

We started talking about the group's adventures in Fiore: Lucy's joining of Fairytail, defeated a dark guild called Eisenwald, who revived Lullaby, going to Galuna Island, defeated Phantom Lord, destroyed the Tower of Heaven, while killing Jellal, Laxus, and his trio starting a battle on Fairytail, Oración Seis encounter, with the help of three guilds to defeat the dark guild, the revival of Jellal, while a little girl named Wendy, and her cat, Carla joining Fairytail, their encounter with a female mage named Daphne, the whole guild of Fairytail going to Edolas, S-class exams coming up, another dark guild encounter called Grimoire Heart disturbed their exams, canceling it, the Dragon King, Acnologia came, making the Fairytail's core members sleep for 7 whole years, a mysterious girl arriving at their guild, a re-encounter with a newly born Oración Seis, destroying the Infinity Clock, the Grand Magic Games, the opening of the Eclipse Portal, and the ball.

One day, I get to return to Fiore, and see it's city, and villages. I just miss the peaceful days of the country. Oh yeah, I forgot to warn the team about another group.

"Hey guys. I have to warn you about this other group that I haven't told you yet.", I said.

"What is it?", Lucy asked.

"The Gossipers. Believe me, they are the worst. More worser than the Popular Group. They always eavesdrop on people about their personal lives, and always reports them to the popular people. That's how loners, shy, and nerdy people get bullied. Don't worry, there are only 2 of them. One's name is Kira, and the other is Uri. Never talk about secretly personal around them.", I warned them.

"We don't even have personal secrets.", Gray informed.

"It's about us being mages. If they caught you guys talking about magic, or even showing them your magic, that will cause a major disaster."

"Oh my.", Lucy said, shocked.

They all understood, and I continued driving, while Natsu is laying down on Lucy's lap, face blue with motion sickness. I smiled at the two. They make a great couple.
