Chapter 6: Mother and Son Win

As the council found out that Tsunade was going talk about Naruto skill the council had mixed reaction. Some believed if Naruto had any sort skill level like Minato, he would be a great shinobi while other believed he shouldn't be a shinobi because of the bijuu. No matter what people thought decision would be in the hands of elders and Hokage. When council saw Hiruzen, Jiraiya, and Tsunade walk in they all waited to see what they would say and Danzo had keen interest in getting the other elders and people on his side. Hiruzen started

"Hello everyone, as promised Tsunade will let you know more about Naruto skills and abilities."

Tsunade sighed and began by saying

"Naruto is extremely gifted more so then his father."

The council's eyes lit up as most just hoped that he was half the shinobi that Minato was. Tsunade continued stuttering a little but she straightens herself when Jiraiya held her hand.

"He possesses 4 elements earth, water, wind, and lighting and Mokuton release like my grandfather."

The whole councils' jaws dropped. They started to whisper until Danzo spoke up.

"I believe with this revelation I should be the one to teach Naruto as I proficient in wind release and I know more about wood release than others."

Council murmured in agreement with Danzo

Tsunade had a rebuttal

"Naruto is only 6 he isn't even able to be in the ninja academy, yet he needs to build friendships with other children in the village before he can just be trained besides, he already has jonin level charka control he miles ahead of his age group."

Council the started to agree with Tsunade mostly the ones with daughters to get a close to Naruto because of his skill and name. Danzo spoke again saying

"The village is in a weak spot ever since the nine tails attack, we need to train Naruto as soon as we can so we can the other villages we are not weak."

Tsunade was highly angered by this comment as Danzo was treating Naruto like a weapon before she could speak Jiraiya spoke up saying

"Don't need to worry about village being in a weak spot as me and Tsunade will officially return to active duty as we have raised Naruto most of his life. Tsunade is willing to teach medical ninjutsu to the new generation and I can help with my spy network making sure Konoha is safe."

With this revelation Danzo tried one last thing

"That is all well and good, but Naruto still needs a sensei as I have retired from active duty I have more than enough time to train."

Jiraiya replied

"That is problem the only way Naruto can truly learn is by going on mission not just training. Elite jonin such as Kakashi Hatake and Asuma Sarutobi have been more than willing to teach Naruto."

Danzo remained emotionless but deep inside he was angered that once again he was unable to get close to Naruto as the council and elders agreed with Tsunade and Jiraiya. The Hokage said

"So, it is settled Naruto will receive training from shinobi mentioned by Jiraiya and will join the academy once he is of age. With That meeting adjourned."

When Jiraiya and Tsunade were far enough from the council and Hokage tower Tsunade hugged Jiraiya while crying saying

"Thank you"

Jiraiya replied grinning

"It was nothing you would have done the same but if you really want to pay me back let me take you on a date."
