I climbed down from the roof. With my luck, there was a puddle at the bottom. Which resulted in my vans getting soaked.
I walked down the street in my wet shoes. Every step I took it would make a sloshing sound. Which was really annoying and uncomfortable. I walked by someone, they glared at me. That's the problem with a lot of people in this town. They will hold grudges for years, even if it was just you stealing their soda.
When I got to my apartment I decided in walking up the stairs instead of using the elevator. That was a really stupid idea, because it just ended up in me slipping.
I walked into my apartment and took off my shoes. I changed into my pajama shorts and a tank top. I was in the middle of taking off my makeup when my phone beeped.
"Hiiiii :-)" it was a text from someone.
"Luke? :))"
"lol yep"
"I'm so tired :'(("
"Then go to sleep :-))"
"But I wanna talk to u"
"Go to bed"
"Fineee"
"Nite"
"Night"
I fell into a deep sleep thinking about Luke.
LUKE'S P.O.V.
I really did want to go to sleep- but I just couldn't. All I did was toss and turn in my bed. I'm pretty sure the reason I couldn't sleep was because of Diana. I really want to know more about her. She probably thinks I'm a douche.
I decided on taking some sleeping pills, I wasn't gonna be able to sleep otherwise. I fell asleep imagining all the possibilities that could happen tomorrow.
••••••••NEXT MORNING••••••
STILL LUKE'S P.O.V.
I woke up the next morning at around twelve noon. I guess it was the pills. I put on some black skinny jeans and a Green Day shirt. I styled my hair in a quiff. I walked over to my closet and grabbed my black converse. I slipped them on and went into the kitchen. I decided on going to McDonalds to get food.
I walked down the block, humming a FOB song. Which made me think of Diana, I should get her some food too.
I hope she likes fries. I walked into the restaurant. I ordered two regular burgers and two fries.
"That will be $4.37." The cashier said.
I handed her the money and waited for my food. It finally came and I walked out into the spring air. It was a fairly long walk but I made it to the roof. I sneaked up on her.
"Boo!" I screamed.
"Ah! Luke! You fucking scared me to death!" She screamed, but you could see the smile on her face.
"It was funny though! I brought you food."
"Oh my gosh thank you! I haven't had fast food in like-fifty years!" She exaggerated.
" Well your welcome." I laughed.
We were in the middle of eating when she moaned. I'm guessing because the food was so good. I just gave her a weird look.
"What? It's so good I can't control myself." She said.
"Okay,okay." I laughed. I will admit it kind of turned me on when she did, but I wouldn't say that aloud.
"Your last name is Rose right?" I asked her.
"Yep." She said with a smile.
"What's your middle name?" She asked me.
"Uhg it's embarrassing but don't laugh okay?"
"I won't I promise." She said.
"Robert."
"Luke Robert Hemmings." I like it.
"What's yours?" I asked her.
"Ella." She replied. There was a long silence before anyone spoke.
"You know, I've always loved the name Diana. I'm not sure why." I said out of the blue.
"Hm." She said, kinda out of the conversation. I think she was falling asleep. It was getting late.
"Are you cold? You don't have a coat on." I said.
"Nah,I'm fine." She replied. I could tell she was lying though.
"Here,wear this." I gave her my leather jacket.
"Thank you." She said thoughtfully. Putting her head on my chest.
I put my arms around her and she fell asleep. I did soon after.
Idek what to think about this chapter but I'm working on getting them better. What should their ship name be?
